career. This is most important where the individual
need to focus on the various aspect in order to develop

to develop in order to develop my career in an effective way. The

or services. In order to develop my career in the marketing field I
need to develop this skills in effective way. For developing this
skill I can practice within the classroom. I can also present the

Decision making -This is the skill which is most
important or the career development. It is
very important for me to take tight decisions.
This is the skill which I can develop my
practising in order to make right decision in
personal and professional life. I can
participate in activities and become team
leader in order to make good decision

Problem solving- This is the skill which
need to be developed in order to make a
professional career in the organisation. This
skill can be developed by taking part in
quiz and solving the problems within the
classroom. I can participate in various
events where there is situation problem
solving skills are required.
Team work- This is the most important skill which need to be
developed. Team work is associated with the working in a team in
order to achieve the goals and objectives in an effective way. I
can develop this skill within me where I need to do projects and
assignments within group. Also, I can take initiate to participate in
the group activities.

PLAN
This is the another most important skills which I
need to develop in an effective way. The note
taking is considers with the various key points
which need to be notes down in order to be
effective learner. This will help in remembering
the various key elements which has been
discussed and make the content more defective.
In order to develop this skill I can practice of note
taking within the classroom. This will help in
developing a habit of writing the key points in a
diary so that I can take a look at the time of
examinations. This is most important where in
order to note down I need to listen to my
professors carefully and pay attention to the
lectures.
This is the most important skill which is required
in order to develop and learn for the professional
career. The critical thinking is related to the
aspect in which an individual can think in a
different way in order to value or create new
ideas.
Measures
In order to measure this skill I can ask my professors to evaluate me on the
basis of my presentation. Also I can ask my peers to evaluate me and my
presentation skulls through which I will able to understand how much I
ned to improve over this skill.
In order to measure success and growth and develop this skills in an
effective way. Terre are various ways in which I can measure the note
taking skills. I can ask my peers to evaluate myself. Also, I can see the
difference before the note takings and after developing this habit within
the classroom.
This skill can be measured in the various ways. I can evaluate myself
by marking of the different perspective. I can ask my peers to see the
difference and look for the ideas which has been developed are
effective or not.
In order to measure the success of the skill development it is very

This skill can be measured where my peers will help me to analyse the
