Cultural and behavioural
expectations of studying for a
degree in business management
The cultural and behavioural expectations are
basically the messages that the person internalize
that what is acceptable or not (Bradshaw and
et.al., 2018.). The business management refers to
the process of coordination and the proper
organization of the activities of the business. This
used to provide the set of behaviours and the
cultural norms that helps the students to have the
better study. The cultural expectation is used to
permeate the social system in the life of the person
and helps them in the decision- making. The social
groups used to come in many forms which
includes the family, friends, workplace and the
various other groups (Santoro and et.al., 2018).
This topic helps the organization to provide the
best and positive working environment and the
good interpersonal relationship in order to
encourage them to give their full ability. As in the

helps the person to have the good learning about
the collaboration and teamwork. By having the

Strengths
These are the positive factors of the
person that helps them to gain the
more knowledge. As my
communication and analytical skills
were great. This helps me to have the
good communication with the people
in the team learning. My
interpersonal and critical thinking
skills were also good that helps me to
enhance my knowledge in my
studies. I was also good at the public
speaking and also work with the
experience persons which makes me
to learn more.
These are the negative factors that must be gained
by the students to have the better knowledge in
their studies. I need to practice on my verbal skills
as I have to work in the organization having the
number of people. Sometimes it makes me find
difficult to visualize my actual potential that
makes me confused for my future career in the
business management. I also need to improve my
time management skills as I used to submit my
assignment on the deadline.
These are the new ways that

makes me in difficulty in order

to create the conflicts in the
teams in order to find the best
solution for the query.
