CPD or the continuous development process is the method by which the
individuals are able to find out their areas of strengths and weakness. It enables them to
make sure that they are taking proper steps in order to overcome then same. It is the
process by which the employees or any individuals try to make sure that they are being
able to put themselves into proper practice on a regular basis. There are different kinds
of learning styles that the individual can use for developing themselves. It is for this
reason that CPD is a very useful tool that the individuals often use to overcome their
areas of weaknesses.
There are many learning events that are used for knowing about the current
proficiency of the individuals. They are not only able to fund out their current strengths
and weakness. At the same time they can make a proper record of their previous year’s
experiences and make arrangements for the future as well. The CPID map is really very
helpful in understanding the leadership and the management qualities that must be
present within the individuals in order to become successful employees in the near
future.

My experience as a student of Master Degree of Human Resource and
Development has given me a very good opportunity to study about the different qualities
that are needed for becoming successful in a business organization. My experience as
HR business partner in the field of providing the strategic planning and development
has also been useful. I have been able to learn about the key aspects that are used or
running a business properly.
Apart from my academic skills, I have also sufficient skill and experience in
several client management activities as well as a part of my job. I have previously
worked with many famous and well known organizations like that The development of
Nationals. I have been handling the resourcing activities that have helped me to gain a
good knowledge. I also have a good experience in conducting HR Outreach to all
Branches in order to interact with Branch staff to improve HR Services.

the All UAE National Trainees under HR. I have also joined the Emirates Islamic Bank
as ( UniGrad Trainees ),which had given me a very good opportunity for dealing with
many clients and also in solving their problems. Apart from my work experiences and
my academic sills, I have some training in the extra activities s. like, CAP-Risk
management

As per my previous 12 months experience,
I have seen that my strength is to deal with
