Philosophy of love and sex
Morality and Human Sexuality is related with the view of sexual relations. From the
reading part it was found that men and women get indulged in sexual activities due to the
nature of intimacy. The sexual morality has no relation with the religion, caste or colour of an
individual. Morality of a person does not allow them to harm other person when extended
beyond abstaining. It can be seen as a self-improvement to move towards perfection. The
point that was related from the reading analysis states that a man who connects the past
experiences with present is not successful. There are men as well as women who have the
potentials to move from past experiences to present ones. Sexual intimacy can be caused by
agreement of both man and woman as it is caused due to merging of two bodies. They get
connected in terms of physical as well as nonphysical bases. This makes the relation stronger
as they get attached intensely.
In this view I completely agree that sexual interaction can happen by the permission
of both the members as it is the choice they select. In some cases, there are chances that it is
due to forcefulness but considering the normal cases it is a choice of both the individuals. To
get engaged completely depends upon the relation between employees in an organisation.
From reading part it was stated that prostitute is a service that is given by a women in
exchange of money. The work of prostitute was compared with the employees in an
organisation, which is true as prostitutes have chosen their field on their choice.
Punzo in the writing states that physical communication before marriage is just an
expression. I completely disagree as connecting to a person physically before marriage, as
there is no commitment thus that could lead to drastic conditions. It is not even expectable in
some society as it has diverse effect on mental as well as social life.

In the discussion one of the main concerns that were discussed was empirical
association of two bodies at work place. I completely disagree as there should be a clear,
trustful relation between the employees and supervisors. The relationship between employee
and mangers should be of dignity and respect. It should not be on the grounds of sex as there
work is to discuss about processes, meetings, files and important work in an organisation. It is
necessary to keep moral values and personal life separately. The sexual intimacy or
engagement is correct if it is due to the agreement of both the parties. In the case of butcher
customer relation, customers can get engaged with the butcher only to get ethical benefits. I
completely disagree on the part if a lady customer is fraud by the butcher to get indulged in
sex. Sexual relations are correct only when it is the agreement of both the individuals. It
should be included in the work life as it is not considered empirical. In my point of view a
person should get involved in sexual intimacy only after a certain commitment.
There are various issues that are faced in the society due to lack of commitments as
they are chances that they get used. In my point of view the choice of getting physical
completely depends upon the future possibility of being together. The physical elation
changes the complete attitude and personality of a person. Sex cannot be done for fun it
involves the emotional attachments of individuals. The physical relation should be given
importance only if both the partners agree to fit together.
I completely disagree on the fact that a person should get involved in other just to
complete self-benefits. The sexual view can be different from person to person that could
lead to conflicts. Thus the main point that cannot be ignored before being part of physical and
sexual relation is honesty, loyalty and their viewpoint of getting physically connected. The
person getting indulged in sexual practises before marriage is affecting the ownership of
person being. The body of women is not a thing that can be shared with anyone without any
reason. It is a personal articulation that cannot be shared. From the personal opinion after

reading it can be stated that a physical relation brings closeness thus sexual uprightness
should be considered before getting indulged. Sexual involvement is not a crime but a person
should get involved only at the right time (Bullough, Vern and Bonnie, 45). I am completely
against the fact that person surrenders their body to someone else without any assurance. A
person should get involved in sexual relation only when it is a genuine duty (Bullough, Vern
and Bonnie, 49). Some individual so that for profit but they are correct on their part until they
are making things clear with the partner.
It is true that to have sex it does not require any commitments but I rely on the fact
that a person should consider all the sexual ethical quality before getting into in any physical
relation (Simon and William, 78). A woman should not be part of sexual activities to just
fulfil man’s satisfaction and joy. It can be done for the fun or a medium to feel relaxed. It is a
responsibility that links the entire journey of life with the personality of an individual. In
many cases men get involved just for their personal benefits that are not genuine. It is an
important part of life every individual will be part of such activities but it is important
decision that should be taken by considering many cases as it shapes the personality of
people. This is an important choice as at last it leaves some people with just connections and
makes them emotionally weak. It acts as an aggregate physical association to see the most
extreme profound morality. According to me sex in an activity that should be performed only
if does not negative impact on the life of other person. The morality of a man is to assure that
getting involved in sexual activities do not cause any harm in the others life. The morality of
man should be to getting involved only by making positive attempts.
Sexual intercourse is not a similar to other activities like choosing a dinner from a menu. It
cannot get changed with time or mood. It is a commitment between two souls as it increases
the affection between two individuals. It impacts the fertility and upbringing of an individual
as it is considered as undesirable before marriage. There is a right age to get involved in such

activity, getting indulged to early be not right, as individual are not mature enough to take
right directions. There are various moral issues that are faced by individuals due to wrong
influence. Sex activities are not just a casual activity like having dinner together or playing a
game for fun. It is exchange of identifies, souls and complete behaviour with other person.
The relation shared after sexual intercourse is completely different from any other relation
that is employee to employee relation, student teacher relation or any other. Pre marriage
sexual interactions is not in my favour as marriage is an act that build trust and adds up
commitment to their relation. The moral behaviour of a person in the society is also affected
by the commitment status (Duncan, Duane, Garrett and Jeffrey, 355). From all the research it
can be stated that sexual intimacy is an integral part among men but for women’s it takes
away ay things thus this decision should be taken by considering all the social interaction. It
is the right of duty of every individual but it should be practiced only by taking care that
others respect is not violated. It is a moral discipline and cannot be practised for fun. In my
opinion sexual commitment should cover care, concern and responsibility of the other
partner. It is important that before getting indulged a person should take care of values and
responsibility of others. The sexual intimacy can destroy the honour and can degrade person’s
personality. From my point of view I agree that there should a commitment before getting
indulged in any physical activities. Some people consider sex as a regular activity which is
not correct. In my opinion sexual activity cannot be compared with other social activities in
the society (Punz).
It is a strong connection that involves two bodies completely. The experience of sex
should be shared with only one who has the power to keep it for longer run. It is one of the
valuable parts of life and there are no right criteria for these activities. It is not wrong to get
indulge in sexual activities before marriage but all that is required is a commitment and a
trust among couples with the surety that it will not be misused. Sexual activities involve a

promise between two individuals that they will live happily and will undertake all the
activities in terms of economic, social and legal responsibility.
The only dissimilarity among the committed couple having sex and between couples,
who aren’t committed to each other, is that they are just having sex for pleasure. This practise
is wrong as using someone soul to fulfil personal benefits can led to harm. Thus I completely
agree on the fact that there should some sort of commitment before performing such
activities. It is an intimate act between two individuals. They can practise this activity for
pleasure but if a person is emotionally connected there should a commitment. Otherwise it
can harm the intimates of other person.
I completely agree with Punzo on this view that it should be not treated as other
normal activities. Sex is not just for fun it is a gesture that shows that you trust your partner.
It is important to have a commitment before intimacy as it assures the partner that they are
kind of sure about you (Halwani, Soble, Hoffman & Held, 88). The society culture also treats
sexual activities with gratefulness if commitment is involved in it. It is just a gesture to show
concern and love. Sex somewhere asks for commitment as it creates deep intimacy between
two individuals. It is legal to practise sexual activities before commitment as they should
undertake this only if both individuals do not carry any false hopes. They are ready to do it
initially for their personal benefits.
Sometimes sex without commitments causes adverse effect but it is growing with
trend. The belief of being physically involved with the person requires lot of efforts and
support. From the survey it can be stated that mostly there are men who are against
commitment for getting indulged in sex activities. The commitment leads to liabilities so that
there is no breakdown in the attitude between men and women.

It is necessary that there is some kind of trust so that the moral of an individual is not
hurt. I complexly disagree on the fact there is a sexual relation between managers and
employees or other categories just for money or some work. Using sexual activities for
completing the work is not right as it somewhere destroys the moral of an individual. The
commitment before sex adds up healthy environment in the society as it promotes healthy
relations. Sexual relations turn out to be ethically right when it is agreeable and if there is a
sign of ailments.
