This lush property is located at 5/29 Kimberley Street Belmont, Perth.
Recently renovated, the luxurious house has 3 bedrooms with 2 attached
washrooms and a dresser for each room. All rooms have beautiful white
modern styled tiles. Also, there is a car garage which has space available for
up to 3 cars.
The kitchen is spacious with stainless steel basins and wooden cabinets. The
floor has matching brown tiles. The kitchen has electric cooker with built in
microwave oven as well. The whole house is centrally air conditioned.
Ceiling fans and lights are already installed.
Outside is a small lawn with two beautiful coconut trees. Grass is freshly
trimmed. The lawn is decorated with flowers including tulips and red roses.

The main objective is to advertise the property on social media sites
especially Facebook and also on Instagram so that we can interact with a
mass following, one of whom might be our potential buyer. Other than the
property being listed on our website, banners will be displaced close to the
location of the house. Also ads will be given in newspapers in the property
buying and selling section.

Who is our ideal buyer client? Our ideal buyer client is a man who is in his
