Assumptions and Business Rules
1. The primary key that are considered for this erd diagram are mentioned as the primary key in
the diagram and are mentioned as PK.
2. There are also foreign keys that are associated with the diagram and those are mentioned in the
diagram as FK.
3. The customers can view more than one property and can contract with the property for the
selected months and the starting dates and the ending dates of the contract are to be mentioned.
4. There are no weak activities in some of the entities. Weak entities are entities that does not
include primary attributes and there are no such entities that does not have primary keys. All the
entities have primary keys.
