3.1 TRADITIONAL CUSTODIAN/S OF THE LAND ON WHICH CQ UNIVERSITY CAMPUSES
ARE LOCATED (1 MARK).

suggested as it will help in easier management of all the work processes linked with this undertaken project
(Kossmann 2016). A single stakeholder may not be able to know about all the campuses simultaneously in a
proper manner.
3.2. OPENING STATEMENT STYLE (1 MARK)

Although the documentation from a Vietnamese community can be a good reference for the current
project, only online search may not be a good idea to collect requirements of the project. The project team
needs to have a direct meeting with the local people for information collection about the need of the
educational hubs and collect their feedback regarding the proposed idea. This will help in designing the
project in an effective manner (Aryana, Clemmensen & Boks, 2015).

trace the project requirements.
3.5 REQUIREMENTS PRIORITIZATION PROCESS (1 MARK)

incorporated in a particular release. Requirements needed to be prioritized for minimization of the risks
while implementation of a project (Bourne, 2016). It is crucial to communicate the requirements
