1 Description The project is based on build the educational hub to invent
the awareness in the committee to encourage the children
to get the proper study to build an educational environment
in the country. This project provides the various steps which
includes the justification, scope, risk factor, tolerance,
lesson learnt, required management elements in the
effective way.
These steps are helpful to explain the project in the effective
way so that attain the main aim of the project. The
justification provides the learning of reason to establish this
project and elements which used in the project to
accomplish the task. The scope of the project explains the
main component of the project in the eventual manner. Risk
factor is helpful to elaborate the issues which can be
invented in the project and harm their successful
accomplishment (Ashour & Fatima, 2016). On the other hand,
the project provides the learning of the stakeholders which
explain the main person who contribute in the project
through the financial sources and other way to achieve the

2 Background The main aim of this project is based on the proper
educational hub for build the proper educational awareness
in the local people. On the other hand, this is project also
explain that the School of Engineering and Technology is
planned to establish the educational hub in the various
places like Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Rockhampton.
So, it is concluded that these educational hubs are helpful to
build the awareness in the local committee to educate the
children with the proper way. The project is helpful to invent
the awareness in the local indigenous people and avoid the
traditional culture which give impact on the level of literacy
in the country.
3 Major Deliverables The project provides the main role of the education in the
country so that the country become more literate in the
effective way. This project not only attain the attention of
towards the education but also promote the educational
areas to maintain the economic condition of the company
(Wen & Hu, 2019). This project achieves the various
elements like attention of the local people and this is
possible through making of proper milestone in the effective
way.
