purpose and the facilities that should be included in the
buildings of the educational hubs will also be included
in the project scope. The opening ceremonies are also
requested by the committee and the specified will be
done for the conduction of these ceremonies at each of
the campus.
2 Background SET is the indigenization committee which is interested
in those projects by which the traditional culture of the
world is visible and for this purpose they take the
acknowledgment from the traditional custodians of
those lands where the building of campus is made.
This committee like to commence the project of
building the five hubs of education at Australia's five
different locations. The relevant bodies of funding will
be consulted by the chair of the committee for the
gathering of further information regarding this project.
3 Major Deliverables The total cost of the project is estimated to be not more
than one million dollars and each educational hub cost
is estimated to be approx. 200k dollars. The cost of
capital is included in these 1 million dollars and the
amount of rent and cost of operations will be excluded
in this. The determination will be made by the
committee about the number of stakeholders for this
project. The committee aims to encourage as many
students to gather learnings and education through

4.1 INTRODUCTION TO SCOPE (1 MARK)
Response Table
The work break down structure will be prepared which is the key deliverables of the project
and teams work can be managed and organized into sections. First of all, the project's
location will be selected for all the five campuses, and after analyzing the site the design
and blueprints will be prepared. After this, the faculties for the education hubs will be
recruited and students will be targeted by the market analysis. The arrangements will be
made for the opening ceremony and promotional strategies will be made.
WBS dictionary will include the sub-activities that will be undertaken for the completion of
each task and it will also include the duration time within which that activity needs to be
completed (Akrami, 2015).
