CQU university so that those places can be used for
building the educational hubs. One million dollars has
been estimated by the SET committee as the
maximum total cost of the project and operating cost
and rent cost has not been included in this amount.
The key stakeholders will also be determined, their
impact and interest so that which stakeholders need to
be focused more can be analyzed and regular

2.3 STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION (1 MARK)
Response Table
Communication Method Interactive, Pull or Push Justification
E-mail Push This is considered as one
of the effective method
and the communication
about the project’s
progress can be made to
all the stakeholders
without any delay. The
updates information can
be shared with all the
connected people at the
same time. It also works
as evidence of all the
activities and decisions
(Alzahrani & Emsley,
2013).
Meetings Interactive It is easy to make
decisions through
meetings as all the
people have personal
interaction or face-to-face
interaction. The mutual
and majority decisions
are finalized and it is not
time-consuming. So this
method will work very
effectively for the
education hubs project
(Boschetti, et. al., 2012).
2.4 OBTAINING EXPERT JUDGEMENT (1 MARK)
Response Table
Experts Methods / Techniques
Chambers, 2016 Delphi technique” will be used in this project as
this will help in the forecasting of the whole
activities and its impact on the project. The group
of experts will be sent with the multiple
questionnaires and the responses will be
received. This will provide versatility to the project
and its feasibility can be examined easily
(Chambers, 2016)
Muhammad, 2016 Brainstorming” technique will also be used as
this will help in solving the complex problems of
the project. The project team will be encouraged
for the new and innovative ideas and among
them, the best idea will be implemented so that

3. REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT (TOTAL = 5 MARKS)
3.1 TRADITIONAL CUSTODIAN/S OF THE LAND ON WHICH CQ UNIVERSITY CAMPUSES
ARE LOCATED (1 MARK).
Response Table
For representing the traditional lands’ custodian where the CQU campuses are located
and where the planning is being made for the education hubs building, representation by
the single stakeholder will not only be sufficient. The suggestion of the project executive is
considered to be correct as there are five locations where the project will be started so at
least two or three of the stakeholders should be appointed so that each location can be
represented before the traditional people most effectively and suitably. The progress of the
education hubs’ construction can be looked at deeply and the areas where the major focus
is required can be made so that the project can get success (Dolphi, 2012).
3.2. OPENING STATEMENT STYLE (1 MARK)
Response Table
The campus leaders should adopt “acknowledgment to the country" as their opening
ceremony of educational hubs as indigenous people are citizens of Australia and they
are well aware of the traditions of Australia. So this statement will give a more effective
impression to the attendees of the ceremony. Each hub campus is representing the
Australian culture will bring indigenous people closure towards the education hubs. The
positive goodwill is imprinted in the minds of people (Kowal, 2015).
3.3 REQUIREMENTS GATHERING FOR CQU EDUCATIONAL HUBS FOR INDIGENOUS
STUDIES PROJECT (1 MARK)
Response Table
For requirements' gathering, the documentation of the Vietnam community cannot be used
for this project as the cultural differences exist between Vietnam and Australia and these
documents can impact the whole working of Australian projects. Therefore, documents
must be made very specifically and old techniques, methods will not benefit this project so
the new and innovative methods should be adopted so that the detailed analysis can be
conducted from this (Davey, B., & Parker, 2015).
3.4 REQUIREMENTS TRACEABILITY (0.5 MARK)
Response Table
The maintenance of documents is essential for each project and through the life cycle of
the project can be analyzed in a detailed manner. The technical documentation is also
necessary along with the objective documentation. The preparation of the Gantt chart,
WBS and its dictionary will make every tasks and classification of the same in the
detailed manner by which the proper delegation of the tasks can be done and there will
be no possibility of ambiguity. The picture of the complete project will be provided to the
team members who will make the systematic accomplishment of the project. The

3.5 REQUIREMENTS PRIORITIZATION PROCESS (1 MARK)
Response Table
The requirement prioritization is used for determining the requirements of the candidate.
This help in risk reduction while the project's work. The first implementation is made of
those risks that are high, and are most important. The stakeholders are required to be
informed about the prioritization requirement so that they also get aware of the risks and
the requirements that are crucial and need to be focused more. The activities that will be
conducted during the education hub construction will be known in detail and the resources
required for the implementation of each activity can be determined.

Response Table
WBS is very crucial for any project so like for this education hub construction projects.
Each location will be required to prepare the WBS so that the project feasibility can be
checked and the time frame within which the project should be completed can be planned
and the activities’ progress can be monitored accordingly and the effective actions can be
taken.
WBS dictionary will depict each sub-activity that will be conducted in on each activity and
