1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION, BACKGROUNDAND MAJOR DELIVERABLES (1
MARK)
Every project has its own essential objectives which can be managed and operated by the
project management team in effective manner. The School of Engineering and Technology
(SET) Indigenisation Committee (The Committee) has decided to design new educational
structure which can develop new educational system and enhance educational level by
developing educational Hubs for Indigenous Studies Project. Further the overall system of the
project essentials are analysed in this report. The main motive of this report is to focus on the
techniques and approaches which help in enhancing the performance of the organisation and
will help in developing better engagement of stakeholders. Stakeholders are playing quite
essential role in the context of developing better decision making system in the organisation or
in relation to any other context.

1 Description To maintain effective management, project manager
has to adopt different project management
methodologies through which effective decision could
be made in the context of accomplishing targets of
company. Here the current project is focusing on the
development of educational hubs in CQU university
through which effective educational and training
programmes can be provided to the students and will
help in advancing the educational level of the students
at classes. The School of Engineering and Technology
(SET) Indigenisation Committee (The Committee) has
decided to design new educational structure which can
develop new educational system and enhance
educational level by developing educational Hubs for
Indigenous Studies Project.
The basic goal of the project is to concentrates on the
procedure and parts of Artificial Intelligence methods
and examines how such innovative advances in the
instruction divisions' leads top outcome in educational
hub classes. The fundamental rationale behind
directing this project is to break down the effect of
man-made brainpower in improving the instructive
degree of training office by giving them better training
and learning programs at educational hubs. In this
project, as a chairman of the committee I will
concentrate on the procedures and methodologies
which are utilized by the coaches while using the
strategies of man-made brainpower systems for
indigenous studies. Utilization of man-made
brainpower has built up the comprehension and
learning abilities of students and help them to
enhancing their learning power with the help of
analysing each and every aspect carefully.
2 Background CQU university has developed one of the best

education more than 100000 students in a year. The
main motive of professionals and managers of CQU is
to develop better educational hubs for the indigenous
studies through which effective educational system can
be set up. With the help of implementation of artificial
intelligence which will also develop learning power or
students in the context of educational hubs. Utilization
of man-made brainpower has built up the
comprehension and learning abilities of students and
help them to enhancing their learning power with the
help of analysing each and every aspect carefully. With
the help of these information about launching the
educational hubs, the project manager should adopt
effective approaches which will lead to beneficial
results for the company.
3 Major Deliverables The major deliverables of the project is to develop
engagement of the stakeholders through which
effective decisions could be made in the context of
launching educational hubs for students for indigenous
studies. Further the main purpose of the project is to
enhance educational level for students with the help of
educational hubs. The main motive of the company is
to develop authentic approaches in the educational
classes through which effective development can be
done for the students. The project is mainly is to
enhance develop efficiency and learning power of the
students.
1.2 JUSTIFICATION (3 MARKS)
There are various benefits in the context of development of educational hubs in the
context of students and for better development of society.

3. REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT (TOTAL = 5 MARKS)
3.1 TRADITIONAL CUSTODIAN/S OF THE LAND ON WHICH CQ UNIVERSITY CAMPUSES
ARE LOCATED (1 MARK).

ceremonies for the new educational hubson their campus and ask your advice regarding which
statement should be used at the opening ceremonies for the new educational hubs. The Board are
not sure if it should be a “Welcome to Country” or an “Acknowledgement of Country”. The campus
leaders are not of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.At least one supporting reference

would want that not too much of new is introduced. They are also known as indigenous
people so this would be more of a better sign to be put up. They are known to be the
