4.1 INTRODUCTION TO SCOPE (1 MARK)

Preparing a Technical Plan for Construction – The construction plans would be discussed with
the different companies who would perform the construction works. The plan would be designed by
construction manager who would be responsible for mapping of the regions and making
appropriate construction plans.
Developing the facility space – The facility space would be constructed after the partial designing
of the construction work.
Planning of locations for developing the educational hubs – After the facility space have been
developed, the locations would be mapped based on building of educational hubs. These locations
would be spread across Australia. During this phase, the suitable venue and included facilities
would be discussed.
Implementation of construction phase – After the location have been selected and the contract
has been signed, the construction phase would be initiated (Grudin, 2017). This would include the
