the construction manager and contractor would design the plan based on taking every kind of

Development of the facility space – After a plan has been developed, the construction work over

Defining the locations in which hubs would be developed – In this phase, the project manager
would define and plan the proper locations in which the educational hubs would be developed.
They would also sign agreements in this phase based on fixing the locations meant for the

Construction of the Educational Hubs – After the plan has been developed and agreements
have been signed, the construction of the educational hubs would be done. This task needs to be
done by meeting with the exact detailed requirements.
