1 Description The project is based on the development of awareness
among students and educational hubs about local indigenous
people. In order to do that there is a selection of CQU
campus where all the related and relevant seminars will be
conducted. The aim is to develop maximum awareness about
indigenous people in the society.
2 Background Indigenous people have been the root of the society in all
countries thus there is a need to understand all the issues and
associated factors dealing with global development and
effective needs to spread more information about their
culture and needs. They have been the foundation of current
culture and social well being. The need to know about
indigenous people is to collaborate both the cultures and
make cultural unity in both societies (Sushames, et. al., 2016).
3 Major Deliverables The major deliverable associated with the project includes
effective development of course content and information to
be given to the audience. The focus is to deliver maximum
knowledge about indigenous people and spread cultural
unity and understanding.

3.1 TRADITIONAL CUSTODIAN/S OF THE LAND ON WHICH CQ
UNIVERSITY CAMPUSES ARE LOCATED (1 MARK).

Prince 2 approach will be best suited for the case as in this case there is a need of multiple
stakeholders like supplier, owner, and sponsor. All three of them are required to design the project
plan and support the changes in development. The PRINCE 2 project is necessary to initiate
maintain and close the project with all relevant changes(Valek, 2014).
3.2. OPENING STATEMENT STYLE (1 MARK)

The best opening statement will be “ Welcome to the country” this will provide an effective and
in-depth understanding to the overall platform and needs that can help to show the affection and
welcome nature of the committee. This statement will show culture and embrace their needs
(Nurius, et. al., 2015).

The idea to take Vietnamese data is good in this case as this shows the past experience and the
associated features with indigenous society. This kind of documentation will be helpful to determine
historical idea and background associated with an individual. The Vietnamese documentation will
be helpful in making future adjustments in the curriculum content and will also provide effective
knowledge based on this documentation (Nurius, et.al., 2015).

published data on indigenous people and other categorized data on the same. In this process, the
management has planned to develop their own tracking list to see the progress in all the section of

the requirement and categorize them but in this case the selected approach is Moscow approach.

4.1 INTRODUCTION TO SCOPE (1 MARK)

The overall work break down structure is divided into three levels they are divided into three levels
based on the distribution of priority and making changes in the same. The main CQU hub is divided
into three sections namely facility hub, educational hubs, and opening hubs. In facility hubs the
major focus in on the development of facility and curriculum associated with the same thus the
same has been effective to deal with substantial standards and corresponding knowledge associated
with the same. The next is the evaluation of learning experience and collective knowledge that
shows the amount of knowledge adapted and understood in the process.
In the educational hubs, the major focus is on the knowledge build-up and sharing among the
students and teachers. This is followed by feedback and need of this session in their future. This hub
is more involved in the development of overall knowledge and future factors associated with the
project. The opening hub deals with the welcome arrangement and supporting facilities to help the
guest and audience settle for the session and help them in understanding the concept of the session
and major points associated with them.
