Reflection
During this module, I have learned numerous skills. And all of these skills has helped me
in creating the self-confidence in me. Also, it has impacted my mindfulness as well. I will use
these skills in my future as well. So, it will always enhance my skills to the highest level.
Coming to those skills that has been learned by me are skills related to the critical analysation,
team work, presentation pattern, reflective, communication, listening, technological and so on. I
have adopted the number of skills during this session. The skill of critical analysation refers to
the power of analysing the topics and the modules. It is concerned with using the equal balance
of positive and negative aspects (Tasnim, 2020). I have developed this skill during the session.
While performing the research over the task that has given to me I developed this skill. I have
visited number of sources in order to gather the facts and figures in relation of the topic. And this
has improved my researching power as well. This skill has enabled me in order to provide the
accurate findings of the topic. Also, developed the social intelligence in me. It refers to self-
examine in order to know the current abilities. This has provided me the guidance in relation of
the aspects that are needed to make my researching power more effective. It includes using the
more valuable sources and becoming open minded so, I can welcome the thoughts of other as
well. The another skill that has ben learned by me is the team building skill. This refers to the
completion of the group task within cooperating with each member and understanding the
opinions of each member. Earlier, I used to have the less effective listening skills. I do not prefer
to listen to others. But, this session has made me to develop the listening skills as well while
completing the group task.
In total there were four members in the group and all of us has determined our roles and
responsibilities by the leader. I have given the task of making effective presentation of the topics.
This group task has evolved various skills in me. Firstly, I learned that it is important to
cooperate with each other in order to complete the task in effective manner. Secondly, I realised
that, I have to listen to the other's opinion as well. It is important to provide the importance to the
other's members opinion as well (Gulyamovna and Abidjanovna, 2021). Initially, all of us were
going in a different direction. But, when we started cooperating each other then everything went
smoothly. Also, I have found that group task is the platform of opportunity that can be grab by

me. As one of my mate was entitled with the effective vocabulary. I have learned this also while
interacting with the mate. My communication become more effective. While making
presentation I used all these skills and this further enhanced my presentation as well. The another
skill is related to the technology. For completing the projects I have used the MS word and
PowerPoint tools. This leads to take me towards enhancing my digital knowledge as well. I will
use these skills for my future purpose as well. As it has developed me from every perspective.
The main thing, it has created the sense of higher self-confidence in me. The effective
communication skill has boosted me up in order to grab the attention of everyone. Also, it is
helping me in making effective interaction with everyone. As a result, my character is shaping
towards being more professional.
Furthermore, I got to know that it is so important to perform the reflection part as it
enable in knowing the current skills and the skills that are further required for the future. Also, it
provides the idea in relation of the use of the earned skills in the future. The reflection part has
enabled me in developing the social and cognitive intelligence. This refers to examine of self
strengths and weaknesses. I got to know my weaknesses such as, ineffective listening. And
further the improvement over this weakness has been done my me during the session. The
another vital parameter that has been learned by me is the academic integrity. This refers to the
set of ethical values that has to be followed while making academic studies (Yurko and
Styfanyshyn, 2020). With the help of this concept I realised, that is important to give the credit to
the original writers while using their writing ideas. As it indicates the professionalism by the
students. I have done this during the completion of my project. And I will do this is future as
well. As a result, it enables in shaping my character in a professional-manner. Also, it will help
in getting the good results as well. All of these skills has provided me the guidance of my current
state. And enabled me in taking the required decision for the future. The another skill that has
been known by me is time management (Seward, 2020). It is important to complete the given
task on time. As after the deadline, there is no sense of completing the task. Time plays the vital
role in showing the punctuality. I have developed this skill in me and assure all the projects on
time. Also, I decided to parted my goal into smaller parts and for each part I decided the time-
frame. This helped me in the completion of the final project on the time. The relevancy of the
time with the task plays the vital role as it impacts the professionalism. I will use this skill in
future as well. I will part my main goals in smaller part and then I will perform each part in the

determined time. As a result, I will able to complete my task on time. I am glad that I got the
opportunity of self-examine. As it indicates the required elements for the future. I will use all my
skills in shaping my character and for becoming more professional.
