Introduction and Project Outline
Crayon Pharmaceuticals is a business organisation that wants to integrate all the business
processes together in one common system. The processes that the company want to integrate include
payroll, HRM, SAP, SCM, logistics and others. The company expect that the integration of the systems
will help them enhance their B2B and B2C operations and relations with the clients as a whole ( Laudon
& Laudon, 2016).
This project involves development of the integrated system in which not only the all-in-one
business package will be installed but also the entire business data will be migrated to the cloud such
that the entire business process can be conducted with least manual interference. The project starts on
18th November 2019 and is expected to be completed by 5th May 2020.
Project Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
The functional requirements of the project are as follows (Joosten, Basten & Mellis, 2016).
Business packages like HRM, payroll, CRM, SCM and others
Cloud storage system for data management and operations
Associated hardware and software
The non-functional requirements of the project as follows (Harrison & Lock, 2017).
