Different roles require different kind of speciality. For an architect it is important to have certain
specific skills apart from the general skills. As an Architect I have definite skills to create and
manage the product and certainly develop something meaningful as per the client requirement. I
have developed skills to create significant product as per the requirement of the client. My task
is to provide unique designs to the client so that he is satisfied with the service1. Down the lane I
have developed formal approaches to execute and control the project engagement. I have been
supervising the changes in the team and allowing the development of plans in the complete team.
The skills are there to attain formal approach in order to manage the function. It is important
enough for undertaking the responsibility of the project2. As a project manager it has become
important to maintain an effective place in market so that one can attain effective place. I look
after the flaws in the project and maintain a long-coordinated work facility. I have attained skills
