A primary research is done to gather fresh data from various sources. In order to conduct
primary research the method used was in depth interview. For this sample size taken were 3
consumers.

The limitation of this method is it is very time consuming method and difficult to interpret data
and information obtained.

1. What do you think is most suitable form of creative advertising?
Jack – he said that by using social media creative advertising can be done. The digital marketing
strategy is highly useful in it.
Phil- He highly focused on developing strategy of using social sites and video ads.
Harry- He agreed that there are many platforms blogs, video ads, etc. for advertising.
2. Why it is necessary to advertise product in creative way?
Jack – It helps in targeting customers and attracting more in order to identify. However, with
change in trends customer perception changes.
Phil- It enable company to generate awareness and increase sales.
Harry- It helps company to enter in new market or to advertise in unique way.

From the research it can be stated that consumer said social media is a creative way to
advertise. Here, CRUMPLER can use different platforms to attract people. In present time many
consumer are using social sites to a large extent. Also, if they want to gather any product data
and info they easily get it through social media. Moreover, they prefer to buy it online as well.
Use of social media is benefiting companies. On social media there are different ways or

methods available on basis of which creative strategy can be developed. This will help in
expanding customer base and generating awareness.
Insight 2
Also, it can be analyzed that consumer stated that blogs can also be creative way to advertise
products (Ashley & Tuten, 2015). It includes writing about product features, images, etc. and
posting it on different platforms. However, video ads are also creative way to develop ads. Here,
in video it is shown or uploaded in 3D on social sites. This enables in attracting people and
allowing it to buy that item. The blogs can also be shared via E mails, social sites, etc. This
strategy has lead to providing overall product info easily.
COMMUNICATION
The insight is correct because use of social media and blogs are mostly used in creative
advertising. There are many companies that advertise products through it. Moreover, consumer
also buy product online. Now, people prefer to read blogs, see video, etc. to buy product.
