almost 1600 hotels and restaurants which makes this organisation very large and visible among
the visitors. While taking the interviews, it was found that the Whitbread company's main aim is
to become the best budget hotel brand in the highly competitive market as it is having around
8000 rooms in the chain within the UK as well as around 7000 to be opened in the Germany.
This shows that the company is growing at very fast pace by increasing the number of the rooms
and the overall hotels at various places. The Premiere Inn hotels are constantly making the
changes within the organisation for improving the overall performance of the business by
increasing the efficiency level of the staff members (Owen and et.al., 2021). The company is
responding to the needs of the customers as well by effectively researching and understanding
the needs and wants of the consumers.
This organisation is using effective development strategies which is allowing them to stay
ahead in the highly competitive market. The company is using the unique operational model
which is allowing the Premier company to grow significantly as compared to its competitors. As
the company is understanding the needs and wants of the consumers, this is allowing the
