because I have 3 years experience in the similar job role in the same sector which help to gain

involved in these type of industry such as product safety, product sourcing, green issues etc.

It is very necessary for me to control on my enhancement, achievements and effectual
aptitude. Observation is done to analyse myself about quality and capacity which I have
developed at the time I was engaged in retail industry to pull off the operational activity as well
as to opt out various new challenges. To improve further there is requirement to work on
leadership qualities. There are involvement of large number of achievements related to
leadership.
Classical management theory- In starting of 19 century these respective approaches are
framed, they includes the activities of management to achieve the set outcomes at the time to
maintaining growth to the firm.
Scientific management theory- As these are concentrate to raise efficiency of task
through appropriate and systematised management. I have skills as well as ability to control task
in most systematic way.

better role to leadership in the concern is vital for my development and growth in finance and
management industry. To engaged in working as accountant and manager , I learned various
accounting techniques as well as gained deep knowledge to leadership that supports me to
achieve success. Apart from that I also require to develop leadership skills through practising
skills in different situation in various business environment.
 Framing of Strategies- It requires formation of suitable mental imaginary for
development of future plan. Effective framing of strategy is important to swift
completion of so many task.
 Organising- It includes organisation with so many activities and guidelines formation to
reach to achieve desired goals in the best possible effective manner.
 Supervising- It is concerned to supervision over performance of workforce and on
resources which are linked to various activities. Instructing and guiding the employees as

I proved to be a good leaders when I was in the job and mu collogues analyse this. I do so
hard work at that time so that I can achieve the goals on time. For this planning is done by
myself that aim me to develop myself with new smart approach. Thus in this way I will be able
to face all the challenging task and become able to overcome with weakness or threat. To work
in effective manner it is compulsory to improve my skills. To achieve heights and gain advantage
it is necessary to grasp effective opportunities which helps to attain objectives in near future. For
this I worked as an accountant in clothing shop that provide me great chance to improve graph of
my career. As it was first job of mine where I act as an accountant. Here responsibilities are
given to me and also have various obligations in context to manage all outflows and inflows of
cash with leads to prepare all necessary statements that are connected to the shop . All finance
based statements are prepare , managed and recorded by me. After analysing these statements
and other related supporting documents we give ensurity that all the activity is performed with
great safety and as according to provisions, rules, regulations and accounting standards in order
to eliminate hazardous things. For this it needs to illustrate different rules & regulation set by
shops related with the work which was provided to workers into consideration. So respective role
needs important insights which are related to accounting and management. With this my
management skills are tends to be improve and my weakness are also be recognised at the time
of working as an accountant. As an Chartered Accountant my experience was so good as with
the help of this work done efficiently and effectively. Thus it leads to increase by productivity
level. In small company I was worked as assistant where my responsibility is to do
documentation, audit and preparing of all the financial statements such as balance sheet, cash
flow statement, Profit & Loss Account and profitability ratio is calculated to analyse the
financial performance of the business. During that time I analysed that improvement is require
in my performance so that confidence is developed that help in taking effective decision at the
time of performing operational activity (Nwagbara, U., 2012)
I got satisfaction by working there , at present in new organisation I was , appointed as
Senior Chartered accountant , here I put my all efforts and experience. If this opportunity
improve the path of my career than I feel so happy .
The above skills as well as experience give me great opportunity to gain more and more
knowledge. With these skills I can take effective decision to handle dynamic change in business
environment.
