It is important to do effective assessment in context to leadership component in different
units of business. Along with their team members , leader tends to change the whole game in the
organisation. Operation level of industry is also tends to be increase with the help of it. By
framing smart policies , leadership managers tends to improve industry. To execute new
strategies necessary requirements tends to be determine along with carrying out daily task which
is assigned by senior authority to all their subordinates. Due to effective leadership management
skills managers and their co workers finish all their task before deadline. It will support to all
type of company to follow all regulations and rules at the time of performing functions. To
increase the interest of workforce towards the task, there is need to do motivation to them at
regular interval of time. It tends to develop motivations and provide satisfaction to employees
which results as long term retention in the same company.

In Future I would like to join accounting & management industry. I have necessary
