INTRODUCTION
The target job is to become a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager within car industry.
In UK, the market of car factory industry is continuously increases because it caters the
products by analyzing the need of customers.
In this industry, leaders use different leadership style and ensure that they comply with all
ethical principles so that success of a business do not affect.
In this, questionnaire will be designed in order to evaluate my performance on the basis of
360-degree appraisal.

Conclusion
Through 360-degree appraisal, it has been concluded that I act ethically at workplace but I
do not possess strong leadership skills.
As a result, I am not able to motivate employees, this in turn affect the entire working
performance.
Also, through analysis, it has been summarized that I am a creative leader because I
provide range of strategies in order to meet the specific targets.
