INTRODUCTION
For every person it is essential to develop effective career pathway as that will help
them in developing effective decision according to the future requirement as well as it also
help in attaining growth opportunities successfully (Capron, Sagot-Duvauroux and Suire,
2020). Career pathway is consider as small group of jobs within career cluster which required
similar kinds of skills. Every cluster of career include several career pathway. It is necessary
for a person to understand their career pathways and accordingly develop their skills, abilities
and knowledge as that help in attaining future growth successfully. The respective report is
based on the career pathway of the graphic designer as well as it include awareness of several
primary factors within the specific creative sector. In addition to this it also include range of
information as well as formulate judgements related to sector as well as it also describe about
the appropriate formats for a range of information related to pathway.

in deciding their skills as well as abilities which they required in order to make a successful
career within specific career path (HARIKESA, 2020). The career pathway decided by me is
graphic design in which I am designing a presentation about how to start an advertising
company. The main role of advertising company is to advertise or promote the products or
services of their client in innovative manner so that it can be reach to more and more
customers as well as it also include target to increase sales of their clients. While this I
understand that there are several factors on which company need to focus such as logo,
business cards, pop up advertisement, social media advertisement and many more because
these all help in attaining the desire goal as well as objectives. I go through numbers of
lectures or modules while conducting work on my career pathway. From which in first I
develop understanding related to the creative sector in that I selected graphic designing as
well as in this I also develop understanding about how to set up a company. In this I able to

purpose of conducting pre - production as it help in vital to all the members of the team as
they get to know what is mainly going to done. This will also help team members in
performing their task so that they attain their desire goal and target in successful manner.
