INTRODUCTION
Each and every enterprises required various types of innovation so that business can
improve their performance and productivity at marketplace. Creative design and packaging of
the products create the impressive impact in the mind of the customers which helps to increase
the business growth. The main motive of this report is to discuss about the Bloom & Wild
company that founded in the year 2013 in UK. This company operating their business in many
foreign countries and provide flowers and gift services through online platforms. The main
purpose of this report is to identify the digital and data skills which need to develop for the
development of the company and prepare a action plan. This report also determine the
importance of technologies.

Self Audit is a technique which help to analyse and also evaluate the performance of
individual. The continuous use of this techniques help to improve the performance and
