turning new and innovation ideas into the actions or work. However, in an organisation,
creativity is very necessary because this helps the managers in inventing new thing into te
company and making that unique. Being unique product can results in attract customers
(Richardson, and Mishra, 2018). Creativity helps the organisation and employees in creating and
innovating a new product and services in the organisation so that they can attract customers and
they can earn competitive advantage in the market among competitors. Creativity is
characteristics by the ability to introduce something new in a way or identification of hidden
patterns and generating solutions to the problems which are being faced by managers of a
organisation. Creativity includes two process these are thinking and the producing. If a person is
having ideas but he don't act them and take them into use then it is said that person is imaginative

Q1. Can you communicate effectively in with your superiors and managers?
Ans. Yes, I have effectively communicated with my superiors. I am at the position of HR
executive and I have to face dealing with my human resource manager many times. For that I
have to communicate with here effectively. Also, sometimes I have to communicate with my
seniors alike owners and marketing managers sometimes. So I talk to them effectively nd this
build confidence in me. While communicating with my seniors I have learned about many
things and this will help me gaining my knowledge and skills in effective manner.
Q2. Tell me about when you have to develop creative approach to solve any problem to get
job done?
Ans. I remember I have given an idea to my manager to how to communicate with candidates. I
have told them that communication is necessary while talking to some people. As while
recruiting employees for the organisation, manager should have to keep in mind that they
should talk to candidates politely to hire them for a company. I have given an idea is that
manger could hire employees from online portal also and also by on social media sites.
Q3. What creative idea or project you have generated from your previous job position?
Ans. From my previous job, I have learned that decisions making skills is one best skills and
problem solving is must an individual should have. I have made a project related to my subject
that is called “Coming social candidates” as in this I have recruited many candidates from
online portals and searched them from social sites which helps me in getting more knowledge
about them through social media platforms.
Q4. Tell me how you have created that benefit to you colleagues?
Ans. As by having social sites searching, I have helped my colleges to do the same and help
managers in getting qualified candidates for them and company both. This has increased the
knowledge of my peer members and they have thanked me.
Q5. Can you perform under pressure?
Ans. No, this is my weakness, as I cannot perform better in under pressures. As I have to get
relax first for completing my task and I can perform better. I cannot innovate something in
under pressure case as by this I loose confidence and I cannot able to think properly and it
