competencies. Under the provided research, this has been investigated that the Co A company
can invent so many methods and by applying them, the firm can smoothly run their operations.
The Co A needs to focus on the research and development department so that they could invent
the ways for gaining effective strategies. Although, there is a strong recommendations by which
the cited company needs to adopt effective thinking for inventing the new advanced ways.
Inadequate learning and skills can not emerge the new ways for productivity. Skills development
is one of the best crucial tool which can be developed by the firm in order to improve

them, there is a strong need to develop an effective plan so that the business can gain an core
competencies. The Co A company needs to establish an effective research and development
strategies so that the firm can invent the new ways for gaining the competitive advantages over
the rivals in the marketplace. Here are 8 ways by which a firm can introduce innovation in the
Co A company and pave the way for highly creative ideas.
