product and tweaks. On the other hand, another concept is the Disruptive innovation which
mainly includes large-scale changes that directly becomes worldwide changer of the game
(Kuratko, Hornsby and Hayton 2015). The organisation should decide which form of innovation
should be implemented so that they can gain a competitive advantage within the working of the

of implementation would be the incremental innovation process. This is mainly taken into
