INTRODUCTION
Knowledge and creativity are both very important things, which help in moving forward
in the any field. Information of all things experienced and discovered is knowledge but,
creativity is required to put that data together to come up with new outcomes and effective
solutions. Both elements are quite helpful and useful for individual that have to make their
decisions under complex & uncertain situations. The current assignment is based on reflection, it
will explain how & why person have developed as a learner during current module and also
justify how to approach future challenges and expectation of university course.
TASKS
How and why I have developed as a learner during module
The module as a overall has make me able to look further into specific areas which are of
highly interest to me and those I did not have extreme confidence in delivering within session. I
have developed as a learner during this module by developing my communication skills. During
this model, I got to learn a lot like how people are answered and react by listening to their
questions. In the meantime, while working in the group, I learned how to communicate with
team members and take their advice as well. I need to develop my communication skills which
are quite essential and use while performing task in a team with number of people. Effective
communication skills can be used in context of professional and academic career which cater
many benefits to a person like me. Team work makes me able to developed as learner and
enhance by skills (Garg and et.al., 2017).
I have developed as learner during this module because it makes me able to manage and
handle further situations. As learner I learned so many things that allow me to perform highly
effective in the future. I developed as a learner because I had to learn a lot of skills that could
solve every issue easily. There are many advantages to being a learner such as it makes me
capable to develop my communication skills and allow communicating with different people in
my professional as well as academic career. It is important to be a learner to face every challenge

Reflections on how to approach expectations and challenges of a university course.
Future challenges can be addressed with the help of my past learning in school and
university. If I have given a task to make a presentation in a team while working in the company
then I will be able to maintain coordination with my team member as I have learned about the
team work and its importance during university course (Mudave, 2016). I also have learned
communication skills which can be used to give presentation in the company and in my
professional life. If I ever get in trouble so I can go to university libraries and can get effective
solutions from the books and journals. For doing a particular research or project I can
communicate with my teacher and can take further guidance for the improvement (Kocourek,
Jurášková and Juříková, 2016). In future if I ever get a chance to do research I will be able to
perform a depth research as I have learned research skills in the university. If in case while
working in the firm my manager give me lots of work to do in just one day so in order to finish
the work I will use time management skills. Firstly I will prioritize all the tasks and will allot
timing for the completion of each task. If I will ever faced communication related problem than I
will try to talk with my peer group and try to give lecture or conduct a session through this they
will give me feedback and which will help me to make further improvements. If I ever see my
career as a manager then the decision making skills are useful to take effective decisions for the
company. In case I will work in a reputed firm and my manager asks me to do bring innovation
at the workplace then creative skills are of great use which I have learned in the university
(Rosar, Lipka and Bastiaens, 2018). As a Manager I also have to deal with various problems in
the organization then I will use problem solving skills which I have learned on prior basis.
Student expectations from a university course are to enhance the vocational and academic
prospects (Lanlan, 2018, ). University also provides opportunities for becoming an independent
individual. Universities expect from the student to behave in professional manner. I need to
follow the code of conduct and regulations of the University. The student attendance in the
university is also seen as a norm. So it is one of the reasons that student comes in the university
and it is also an expectation of university course. As learner University expectations from me is
challenges and find the right solutions for them.
