INTRODUCTION
Creativity and Value Creation refers to the wide range of approaches which can be
undertaken in order to ensure that the overall development of creativity and values can be done
so that the new ideas can be developed which will help a lot in attaining success in the future
(Altinay, Sigala and Waligo, 2016). Therefore, it is quite crucial that the important ideas can be
developed by attaining skills and competencies which will help a lot in achieving the short-term,
medium-term and long-term goals and objectives. In this report, a detailed discussion will be
made on the aspects of the different units of the module.
MAIN BODY
Scenario- I am a student studying in the university. I have to make sure that I consider
the wide range of needs and requirements which are related with the Changemakers Module
which will be helpful in understanding the actions which are required to be taken. Thus I want to
make a detailed reflection on the learning which I was able to develop as a part of studying this
particular module.
I study those module which helps me for creative ideas. I was not that much able that I
can give innovative ideas for my work (Biskjaer and et.al., 2019). This module helps me for
increasing my knowledge. I study various methods, theories for creativity, how we can relate
things, get ideas for done my work. My friend suggest me for read this module which is about
how our mind works, how we manage our work which generate creativity. I read innovation
method for increase my skills which helps me for innovation. I noticing employees how they
using their mind for creative ideas for their work. It is about motivation which helps me for
generating ideas. This module gives various example for various events how we can make our
work innovative. Ideas not about it includes personal event. Personal development is process for
knowing goal, value, innovation. They includes for maturity, success. Various people increase
their skills for better lives, for earn goal. They use various elements for increase their knowledge.
I using this module which includes various example for generating knowledge. There
example includes business, birthday, marriage event which helps for knowing how we generate
ideas, using these ideas for achieving goal (Carlson and et.al., 2019). Personal development skills
is about qualities which helps for increase personal, professional, these skills helps for increase
your personal knowledge. Increasing skills helps for increasing potential. For example, after

reading this module I apply my innovation for my work when my boss impress for my work this
motivate me which increasing my potential how I can using my innovation skills, it helps me for
my businesses. I give ideas for my team how we generate our idea, achieve goal which
increasing motivation for our work. This module increasing my various skills which is
communication, interpersonal, businesses, self confidence, work, leadership, innovation.
I views various elements how I increase my value, ideas. These ideas helps me for
achieving goal (Fonseca Braga, 2016). My goal helps me for generating business ideas which I
give for my team which, they use these ideas I managing activities how this work which
increasing my leadership skills. I increasing my leadership skills which increases my growth for
the businesses. When we achieve our goal for better performance it motivate us for more. This
module has value, ideas methods for employee how they work for innovation which helps them
for using for businesses. Customer is necessary element for businesses. Businesses gives
innovative goods for them which helps it for attracting customers which generate more sale.
Businesses has innovative ideas it helps it for attracting investors. Investor who gives funds for
businesses for running its activities. Businesses who has innovative employees, they helps it for
generating ideas for increasing sale for businesses which increasing value for customers. I use
these ideas for my businesses which increasing my brand value. I using innovative ideas for
generating more income. This module help me for increasing skills. My skills gives more income
which helps for better performance which helps for higher profitability for the businesses.
Creative Solutions-
It is important that the different types of creative solutions can be developed which can
help a lot in ensuring that the ideas can be developed and the appropriate actions can be taken
accordingly (Grabner and Speckbacher, 2016). In the Week 1, we studied about Creativity in
theory and Practice. This helped in developing a lot of creative solutions for the future idea
generation.
I understood the way in which the identification of a wide range of problems can be done
and a lot of creative solutions can be provided to them which will be highly helpful in dealing
with these problems. Therefore, studying this module greatly helped me so that I was able to
develop these particular creative solutions to the wide range of problems which are faced by me.
In the Week 2, we studied about Value creation in theory and practice. The teachers
helped us a lot in understanding this particular topic. Thus, I can say that by learning on this

particular topic I was able to develop a wide range of creative solutions to the problems which
are faced by me effectively and efficiently. Thus, studying this module helped me in
understanding the way creative solutions to the problems can be developed so that the right
course of action can be taken to avoid the problems effectively and efficiently in a proper
manner.
I understood that it is quite important that the use of creative approaches has to be made
which can be helpful in ensuring that the development of the appropriate skills and competencies
can be done. Therefore, the overall enhancement in the level of creativity can be done in the right
manner by me so that I am able to identify the different types of ideas for the future. Thus, it is
important that the skills and competencies can be enhanced so that a wide range of ideas are
developed and applied in a proper manner. Thus, In this way I have made sure that I can target
an enhancement in my overall personal and professional development in the future.
In the Week 3, we were taught in detail about the Creative and ethical leadership: skills
and challenges. This enhanced our overall level of development because the use of this type of
leadership can help a lot in developing the leaders effectively and efficiently in a proper manner.
Therefore, In this manner we are able to make sure that the we develop this type of leadership
properly. Also, In the Week 4, the lecturers taught us in detail about the Driving innovation and
change. Thus, this helped us a lot in understanding the way in which innovation and change is
important. Thus, In this way I was able to make sure that the mobilising support and evaluation
can be done so that the identification and implementation of the change process can be done so
that the procedure to implement the changes can take place in a right manner.
In the Week 5, we had to give the different types of portfolios which we had prepared
(Hills and Bird, 2018). Thus, In this way we were able to test the development of our knowledge
in a proper manner effectively and efficiently. Therefore, In this way it can be said that this
helped us a lot in understanding the way in which the creation of these portfolios can be done so
that the mobilising of the support and evaluation can be done for implementing the process of
change in the organizational functions.
In the Week 6, we had to develop the information gathering for inspiration, vision
creation and ideation (Le Pennec and Raufflet, 2018). Thus, In this way it can be said that our
teachers gave us the proper information relating to the way the information is gathered, analysed,
interpreted and used effectively and efficiently. It is quite crucial that the mobilising of the

support and evaluation can be done in order to ensure that the change is implemented with full
support from the different types of members of the organization effectively and efficiently.
In the Week 7, our lecturers taught us about Developing the enterprising and data driven
mindset (Priem, Wenzel and Koch, 2018). Therefore, it helped us in understanding the way in
which the use of data has to be made effectively and efficiently. Therefore, this helped us in
mobilising support and evaluation which will be quite helpful in implementing the change in the
right manner.
The Week 8 had discussions on the use of Contemporary Technologies: Virtual and
Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence for enhancing creativity and innovation.
Therefore, In this way it can be said that it helped us a lot in ensuring that we were able to
enhance the overall level of knowledge regarding them can be enhanced. Thus, In this way it can
be said that we understood the way in which creativity and enterprising mindset can help in
ensuring the attainment of the goals and objectives in a proper way.
In the Week 9, our lecturers taught us about Time Management Practices for an
enterprising mindset (Shahzad and et.al., 2016). This helped in developing our understanding
about the way management of the time can be done so that the overall development of the
enterprising mindset can be carried out effectively and efficiently. Therefore we learned how the
use of skills and competencies can be made so that the entrepreneurs can achieve their short-
term, medium-term and long-term goals and objectives in a proper way. We were able to
understand the way in which this helped in development of creativity and enterprising mindset.
We learnt about the way the different types of entrepreneurs make a detailed use of their
own skills and competencies and are able to make sure that they are able to identify the way in
which they can target skill development. Therefore, it can be said that the entrepreneurs can
make sure that they are able to enhance their skills and competencies so that they can bring
creativity and innovation in their products and services and can help in the development of the
entrepreneurial mindset. Our teachers were very helpful in ensuring that we were able to target
out own personal and professional development in the right manner effectively and efficiently.
In the Week 10, we had to provide our portfolio and also the whole project has to be
completed (Snyder and et.al., 2019). Therefore, In this way our teachers helped us in developing
out entrepreneurial mindset. This is so because we understood the way we have to make the use
of the various types of skills and competencies and thus help in the completion of the module.

Thus we learned about the way in which the Portfolio and the Project has to be completed in
order to get higher marks in the Academic Assignments in the right manner. This will help a lot
in ensuring the attainment of the goals and objectives.
Therefore, it is quite important from our point of view that the application of Creativity
and Value is understood by us. This is so because this will help us in getting higher marks in
Changemakers: Creativity and Value Creation module. We will be able to develop appropriate
skills and competencies in the right way by learning more about this module. Further, the
different types of aspects of this module have helped a lot in ensuring that the overall personal
and professional development can be carried out in an appropriate way effectively and
efficiently.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that Creativity and Value Creation is quite
important from the point of view of ensuring an enhancement in the overall skills and
competencies. It is useful because it will help in ensuring an enhancement in the overall level of
creativity and innovation in the right manner. This is so because by understanding the wide range
of aspects of this particular module the development of entrepreneurial skills and competencies
can be done in the people which will be quite helpful in ensuring that higher-level of goals and
objectives in the short-term, medium-term and long-term can be attained quite properly.
