consider such improvement within organizational context. As per Sjöström et al. (2015)
through managing, transparency has been an essential step of the above organisation to
handle its lousy news report where without removing negative comments and ignoring issues
if claims are right they admit it or not they declare it as fake or misleading. In case of severe
bad news story presented about the company to hamper its reputation in the marketplace, for
handling such situation it often put efforts in writing thoughtful reply aimed in addressing
