companies or any households. The marketing of the following companies is based on the
presence of a professional sales force or advertisement. The main users of commercial cleaning
include the likes of;

The growth in the number of industries, offices and commercial ventures has enhanced
the vast range of opportunities for the mentioned organization. The demand for commercial
cleaning services has seen a spurt due to the following cause. Apart from this the healthcare
industry in New Zealand has also thrived and is constantly increasing in the mentioned nation
(Bertasa et al. 2017). Therefore the need for a hygienic and proper healthcare will be the demand
by these organizations. Thus the overall picture shows the tremendous level of potential growth
which if capitalized can change the fortunes of Crest Clean Services.

Company as the organization on which the Research will be based. The Company is a New
Zealand based Company and owned and operated in the city only. The company has been in the
market for more than 20 years and has a wide range of customer base. The company has an all
total of more than 1700 employees along with the likes of 4500 customers in New Zealand
(crest.co.nz 2018). The company has built a solid reputation for the comprehensive support
systems provided by the management. The main reason for the immense popularity of the
following business house is the latest and efficient cleaning methods used by the cleaners of the
organization. Apart from this the management of the organization also employs people through a

another major advantage for the organization as because the presence of the expertise will help
