role, difficulty of researchers in relinquishing tasks as well as problems in managing the conflict
demands that are associated with the communities as well as researchers.
The researchers who have generally worked with the various CLO generally have
different types of ambivalent about the wisdom for successfully employing different types of
staffs within the role. It is identified that some of the communities generally wanted to properly
hear from the researchers about the various research outcomes that are generally dissatisfied
when the local government generally gets the responsibilities (Monchuk, Parkinson and Kitchen
2019). It is found that some of the researcher generally found it quite difficult for relinquishing
the liaison role for wondering whether proper employment of the research assistant along with
appropriate administrative support can be considered as one of the appropriate choices.
Moreover, it is found that objection from the local people can be considered as one of the
major issues that is mainly faced due to undertaking the work of the [police in context to
community liaison and for providing security. They need to develop strong communication with
the local people that must create significant interaction with the various generally public
including the police departments as well as community agencies. In addition to this, it is
analyzed that by properly enhancing the cross-organizational communication as well as
understanding plays an important role.
Additionally, due to lack of proper technical support as well as availability of skills, they
may face a lot of issues and challenges in handling the problem quite effectively. It is found that

in order to undertake the community liaison work as well as work associated with security, it is
very much important as well as necessary to successfully provide proper technical support in
context to operations and generally helps in monitoring with the help of social investment related
