Criminal agency plays essential role in any state and country who provide justice to those

Crimes are happening day by day that needs to be control and who commits crime need
to get justice or punishment. Criminal crimes contains assault, false imprisonment, kidnapping,
battery, homicide, rape, sexual assault and murder that has been committed by offender and
needs to give justice to defender under the law judiciary (Garvin and Beloof, 2015). For
providing justice government has set up some agency who provides justices and make feel them
good. The criminal agency involves law enforcement and police agency who plays different role
to caught the offender. Law enforcement plays a role of chief judicial adviser to governance and
administer the crown legal action service and serious fake office. Its responsibility is to inspect
the government legal department and Majesty's crown prosecution and fill the expectation of
public for deliver the faithful justice. Where as police plays a different role for the welfare of
public and society to deliver justice. Police finds the crimes and reason of crime and arrest the
suspected offender who has chances to commit the offence. Its responsibility is to investigate the
crime, collect the evidence and arrest the person who has committed crime. In case of minor the

constitution, government and public who supports to give evidence and cooperate to work
effectively.
The difference between law enforcement and police is law enforcement states mandatory
compliance and guide to voluntary adhesiveness that helps to follow rules and regulation which
is governed legal bodies where as law enforcement is the one part of policing that take instant
decision to arrest the offender or refer the file to CSP after analysing the information and
evidence. The similarities are that both deliver justice to the offender or suspected offender who
violates the rules and regulation and commits crime. Both agency give punishment to the
offender by finding the crime and right offender. Moreover, police are stated to perform number
of task like as providing services, preventing crime and arranges the order, which is not exactly
represented as law enforcement (Köngeter and Smith, eds., 2015). Both agency law enforcement
and police agency support each other such as police finds where crimes are happened and who
has commits the crime. After getting information police get started to collect the evidence that
helps to prove the crime and offender. After searching evidence police arrest the offender and
represent in front of law enforcement that decides what punishment should be give to offender.
Law enforcement supports to police by giving authority and power to take correct action in order

follow by legal authority and polices to find the criminal and give them punishment that helps to
deliver justice. For instance, any person has done criminal crime so its is the duty of police to
collect the evidence and arrest the criminal person and give punishment (Levitt, Hoffer and
Loper, 2016).

compliances which is decided by government. Regulatory authority see the crime rates and
compare it with past year rates that helps to know that what implements are required to get

them career opportunity and get aware with rules of country that helps to make effective policy
for control the crimes. A analysis of statical data gives clear and exact information that leads to
make effective policy by following law enforcements. The member of law committee decides
what policy should be introduced to reduce the crime rates per year that will lead to sustain long
term ( Sampson and Laub, 2016). It can be measure by different ways such as by collecting data
and making enforcement reports that states recorded and reported crimes through exact
