QUESTIONS 1
Answer 1:
It is personally believed by me that it is not satisfactory for the prosecutor to end the
evidence of guilt of defendant. It can say that it is because a prosecutor does work with the
individuals of a criminal justice system, accordingly by ending evidence a prosecutor will be
like double-dealing and under handing the people. In addition, in a case when the prosecutor
ended the evidence at that time it will be in against of the Constitution. The reason is that
they will not be providing an individual fair hearing as well as charge. It is stated in Bible
that “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor,” (Exodus 20:16, 8th
Commandment), as well as through ending the evidence, one is tolerating false witness in
contrast to a system of court by making somewhat wrong. As per the text, “the Prosecutor has
various particular moral duties in addition to primary prosecutorial obligation to seek
fairness, like revealing exculpatory evidence, ending interest conflict as well as renouncing.
Answer 2:
Proverbs 14:25 (NIV) “the honest witnesses save the lives, however, the false
witnesses are deceitful.” It is a work of defense attorney to make sure that the client’s rights
are not being disrupted. The sixth amendment assures the every person has a right to give
advice even if the defendant may not pay for it. It is a duty of defense attorney to ensure that
the evidence as well as rights against the clients is argued in a court in proper manner. In a
case when the evidence states that a defendant is guilty, and the defense attorney has done all
thing possible to defend the client properly then this is satisfactory (Green, 2017).
Answer 3:
The actions of defense attorney and actions of prosecutor may make the great
influence upon the way individuals see at a criminal justice system. There is a case of Rodney

King and O.J. Simpson, which has adversely impact on the trust level. Recently, the new poll
is provided by Gallup. It states just twenty third per cent of the residents of America have
either the best deal or quite a lot of self-confidence in a criminal justice system. The
prosecutor and defense attorney must ignore the appearance of offensiveness in executing the
prosecution functions (Myers, 2017).
