INTRODUCTION
The essay consists of the topic of criminal justice, it follows a particular strategy to
implement and correct the society with changing their mind set and develop them to support
and respect each and every individual belonging from any society. The strategy is “An anti-
racism framework or strategy”. This strategy is one of work directly on the discrimination
factor which is on a very high level in Australia. People are facing day to day problems
because of such issues and implementing a proper framework which will create a barrier of
anti racism factor is going to influence directly on the people of the nation. There are some
major things which have to be changed in the country to impact fully implement the strategy
( Altman and Klein, 2018 ) .
This racism framework of strategy is directly going to convert into a committee which will be
eliminating any racial discrimination including any combined implementations of provisions
which will be based on international convention for elimination of all forms of racial
discrimination. Nevertheless Australian indigenous individuals have been offering subjected
to a blank racism experience and on the socio economic condition which is continuing to fall
behind in nation. The strategy will include a particular flow of experiencing correct treatment
and several agendas will be added in the framework. There have to be many criteria’s which
will be dealing with all the issues and problems faced by these individuals. In criminal justice

Human rights are not just about an individual personality or a particular group of people it

Indigenous people have been facing a very crucial situation in Australia the basic failure over
there is to protect and give them correct rights and privileges. some of the basic rights which are
given to these people as per the freedom and human rights are mentioned below:

 Proper maintainable standards of health and Care.

On the day of September 13 2007 the United Nations general Assembly adopted the
United Nations declaration on the rights of indigenous people. Where it was declared and
confirm that there shall be a minimum level of standards for a correct living survival well being
and dignity of each and every indigenous person. Even after governments full force and action in
deleting all such mindsets from the society this culture and sort of people are facing several
issues in their day to day life style. In daily routine these people have faced several consequences
of Australia failure to protect the basic nature and right of their human rights and they have been
still experiencing several racial discrimination in the country.
Here, they have faced several discrimination standards such as a lower standard of health
education and housing also employment. They have always over represented in the criminal

compared to the other non indigenous people. there are some basic rational examples which
prove that such things are still happening and is being faced by them daily. Some of the most
basic examples are mentioned below:
 the basic life expectancy of any indigenous individual is not more than 17 years which is
very lower than most of the population of Australia.
 The employment rate these people face is less than 16% and as compared to any other
individual in the country.
 They have faced and lived in condition where it's very overcrowded and overpopulated.
There are several things which are existing in the human rights which are directly for the
protection of indigenous individuals. If one feels that he or she is being discriminated or violated
under any of the human rights act they can make a direct complaint under the Australian human
Rights commission under the federal racial discrimination act 1975. this can directly include any
complain which is related to any discrimination at the place of employment providing correct
education, purchasing any land or house, accessing any goods or services in public places or any
public facility or even the trade union membership. These things are faced on a daily basis to
such people and it can be rectified on a very lower ground as well as with the help of government
and several legal groups which are doing their best support for uplifting this community. Some
of the major and the minimum things which one can do are mentioned below:
 The Australian human Rights commission is the direct human right act support of
Australia it prevents any human right to be breached and provide a correct remedy in case
of any higher dispute.
 These human Rights can push the federal parliament to directly consider the laws and
impact on human rights.
 To critically analyze and examine the Federal government on the basis of respecting

service.
 Provide the correct remedies in case of any brutal disputes in court (O’Faircheallaigh,
2017).
This committee shall have a direct Moto which will portray that racism has no place in
Australian society even if too many people still encounter this on the daily purpose. The strategy
will have basic three AIIMS or three goals which shall sustain and progress in generating a better
environment for this community. Three of them are mentioned below:
 It has to be realized by each and every individual living in Australia that how much
racism is still continuing to affect this community and has become a very serious issue in
the country. This will be done by making several strategies and plans and hosting many e
direct meetings with public which will provide them knowledge about people and things
which are happening in the country to make them aware and avoid such kinds of
behavior.

racism whenever they might face or it or any individual this will help the society in
engaging themselves in this strategy and correct the community towards such in legal and
in human treatment.
Individuals who will be involving themselves in this strategy will get direct help from the
government and legal protection in case of any need in disputes (Sayers and et. al., 2017).
 These three things will directly focus on correct public awareness and educating people
and specially engaging youth in such strategies which will be undefined by a lot of
research evaluation and a correct consultation. They shall be hell with several
consultations across every territory and state which should involve more than 500 people
plus also so it we should receive submissions and several surveys which will provide
responses of the strategy in positive and negative manner. These will also priorities in
particular sections where such racism happens on a very high level this includes sports
the online media, any online communication, particular services which are provided by
the government, working places of people and specially in the education system. This
strategy will be developed and implemented with help of the Australian human Rights
commission and also several individuals of the government. All the service and data
