Criminology theory can be defined as the study of people behaviour like why they
commit crimes and why they behave weird in different situations. It supports to understand crime

spread among public that several evils can become challenge for the wellbeing of society. Illegal
narcotic (illegal painkiller) is considered in crime type which is an evil for society because they
think a person who is narcotic addicted. They definitely commit crime in society and gives
negative impact on their children’s. To understand impact of illegal narcotic on social and
behaviour of person has a criminology theory. Criminology is the approach which helps to study
about crime on the basis of social view. The theory is not only identified social view for the
individual but also determines that what makes people to act in criminal manner (Wortley and

This theory assists to understand several psychological factors like loneliness, stress etc,
increases the mind pressure on the people and they use illegal painkiller to overcome their
mental pressure. It reduces their efficiency of understanding that what is wrong or right and
enhance their panic situation in the family and in society as well. It is not only giving impact on
family environment but also gets negative impact on their health. Illegal narcotic gives injurious
impact on the youth generation who are the leader of the current society becomes addicted and
promotes criminal activities. The psychological theory assists society to understand
psychological factors which can promote children’s for using narcotic painkillers (Shammas and

support kids and teenager to stay away from these evils. This theory is important to create
psychological control on the people which automatically declines tendency of them towards
