INTRODUCTION
The terms criminology refers to the crime which is committed by the person and which is
against the provisions of the country (DeKeseredy and Dragiewicz, 2018). As government set
certain rules and regulation to protect the working of the country and helps them in examining
the reason behind choosing this way to commit any crime.
METHODOLOGY
As crime is committed in many countries but to investigate this matter I searched the
article relating to present case of crime in UK and its prevention. The terms which I used is
relevant to crime and injustice in UK from where I get the present case scenario regarding the
UK government.
PRECISE OF FIRST ARTICLE
The first article is relevant to the case of the Justice system of the UK against the black
and ethnic minority defendants. Thus, in this case study, the discrimination is raised regarding
not treating every person equally and also ill behaviour arises in respect of not accepting the
person of same country. Thus, in such manner it results in giving rise to crime which affects the
right of person in respect of living freely (A new report shows the justice system is stacked
against black and ethnic minority defendants, 2018). Thus, crime is to be prevented in respect of
protecting the right of the parties and also securing their interest in respect of living freely in
country. The another way of preventing the crime is relating to welcoming all the colour of the
people and also proper attention is to be given to the black and minority ethnic defendant. As
they are also the part of the country and also have equal rights to use the resources of the country
for bringing better results.
PRECISE OF SECOND ARTICLE
The second article is relevant to transgender women want to transfer in female prison. As
she convicted crime in which 26 years old transgender woman demands that she want that court
order her to shift in female prison. The reason behind her taking this decision is that she finds
more vulnerable cases in prison such as assaulting prisoners, sexual commitment or also beating
or keeping her naked (McGarry and Walklate, 2016). In that case, she demanded court that she
had to transfer to the female prison. In this case, the crime is to be prevented in respect of taking
strict actions against the court regarding occurring any such aspects which is undertaken in

prison (Transgender inmate seeks transfer to female prison, 2018). As this is against the
government norms and also special permission is to be needed in respect of beating prisoner or
taking any actions against them. In such manner, the crime is to be presented under the prison
and also the rights of the prisoner are protected in respect of imposing strict norms against them.
DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION
Thus, from the above study, the crime is examined in respect of any illegal activity which
is accomplished in country or any task which is illegal in the eyes of law. Crime is related to civil
law or criminal law and also the punishment are to be imposed according to the nature of the
crime. Thus, in such aspects, article are to be undertaken which determined the nature of crime
and also the strategies through which the crime is to be prevented.
