a crisis may do to an organization and its stakeholders. It aids as a manager in devising
strategies to emerge from uncertain situations and deciding on the best course of action in the
future. Managers may use crisis management to detect early indicators of a crisis, alert staff
about the consequences, and take required preparations.
Precautions are actions taken ahead of time to avoid injury or difficulties, or to
achieve positive outcomes. For instance, an individual should take fire safety procedures.
There is another situation for individuals to consider when cooking outside, make sure to take
the regular safety procedures. As a safety measure, we should always buckle up when
driving. Every homeowner should adopt fire safety procedures. We may pack additional

After learning about these two, we can conclude that crisis management was basically about
implementing actions, particularly in the workplace.

These themes are important to me as a person as they help me comprehend and handle
things properly, even when I was bored and lonely. Besides, these themes also provided me
time to think and learn, which was especially vital during the Covid-19 pandemic. It gives me
a better understanding that if I do not stay at home, I may not be secure. Understanding E-
commerce assures me that even if I am unable to visit various businesses, they will meet my
wants and those of my family. All I have to do is purchase via their applications or webpage
to ensure that I get the items that I need. It is less of a fuss and saves time. Even when I am a
student enrolled in online classes, I am still pursuing my aspirations of graduating. It also
helps me to focus and spend time with my family.
Even in periods of depression and anxiety, certain people in our society suffer,
particularly those who have suffered due to a lack of food on their plate as a result of
abandoning their work. Other firms have gone out of business due to a lack of clients.
However, because of various topics provided, such as TikTok, the anxieties and depressions
that they are experiencing are boosted again. It enables people to be joyful or entertained,
much like other social media does. As a member of society, it makes it easy for me to
understand and follow the rules, regulations, and health standards by just looking at them on
social media platforms. It also aids being a part of society in not being a cause of difficulty in
our society, but rather puts the good side of this epidemic to our attention.
As a consequence, these themes are critical for me to be aware of a person or as
members of society to know what I can do to improve things not just for me but also for
families and communities.

2.9 How “what I learned” is related to me as a person (or as members of society)?
As previously stated, there is a great deal to ponder about, a great deal to be thankful
for, a great deal to respect as well as it is on our side, and so on. But the lessons we have
learned are not just for ourselves, they are also for society. We realize that we won't be able
to experience them if we are alone in our lives without Covid-19. Even in the Covid-19
pandemic, no one is an island if they are not surrounded by other individuals. The wants and
purposes of individuals, societies, and the natural environment, in pursuit of not only our
own, self-interested payoffs, but all of our larger communitarian ideals embodied in our
cultural and religious ambitions. Above all emphasizes the need of understanding the
underlying purpose of all of our enterprises and economies, political groups and authorities,
local civic groups and international organizations, norms and beliefs, and other systems to
fulfil human wants and objectives.
Now we realize that it is our understanding that pushes us beyond our present
economic and political schools of thinking. It does not support unrestricted free markets,
central planning, or pure individualism, or collectivism. Instead, it urges us to mobilize our
individual and collective efforts at the level that our difficulties demand. It does not endorse
either left- or right-wing politics. Instead, it aims to empower every one of us to support the
achievement of our basic goals. It means allowing us to create a world that is affluent, safe,
inclusive, and sustainable. The Covid-19 pandemic strips away the layers of our existence,
forcing us to realize our most basic wants and values. It encourages us to recognize the
genuine importance of many people whose contributions to society that we often overlooked
such as nurses and hospital orderlies.
As a result, I had learned that as a person and a member of society that the Covid-19
pandemic has revealed a tremendous sea of love and charity in our communities all over the
world. In hospitals and nursing homes, it has resulted in several acts of unselfish heroism. It
has driven many of us to put our best assets to work towards our highest goals, giving our
lives fresh and inspiring meaning. Instead of driving kindness to the margins through
organizations and incentive schemes that encourage selfish and unscrupulous competition,
the moment has come to harness it in our midst. The moment has come to reconsider the
acceptable purpose of business, economic activities, ideologies, and social customs, as well
as the goals of our local, national, and worldwide governmental institutions.
