INTRODUCTION
Social policy is multidisciplinary approach that is essential for development of country in
different sectors as education, healthcare, employment. It is useful for protecting social welfare
and social justice that leads to following on government policies legal rules to understand social
mobility as well reducing poverty. The present report is based on understanding various
compositions of social policies related to effectiveness of several sectors. Moreover, troubled
families program 2012 and Children Families Bill 2014 kind of social policies are to be
described. In addition to this, several aspects for public welfare and government aid to needed
people through implementing policy plans are to introduced through this assignment. However,
this report aims to present issues occur in social policy on UK. Therefore, students are able to

D) REFLECTION ON INDIVIDUAL WORK PERFORMANCE
Being manager of public sector organization, by accomplishing government project, I
improved my several kinds of skills including communication, problem solving abilities etc. in
this regard, I learned to manage project through planning procedure and implementing them
effectively. Including this, I coordinated effectively and best for team building. However, I
increased understanding and different kinds of abilities to handle any situation and being goal as
well action oriented towards projecting. However, I learned to advertise and attract society for
public welfare and providing them healthy goods and services. In addition to this, I improved to
do projecting and making decisions for better quality services. On focusing on my work
performance, I contributed my best efforts for project accomplishment efficiently. Moreover, I
learned to communicate with public and team workers regarding planning procedure. Including
this, I learned to increase social effectiveness as well improving social skills for government
plans effectively.
CONCLUSION
The report is concluded that social roles and government planning policies are crucial for
effectiveness of nation. Different methods for improving social status and standard of country's
people is determined. In addition to this, significance of social policies is considered through this
assignment. However, interrelation of social policies with reducing its issues is introduced that is
beneficial for public welfare. Moreover, some examples of social policies including troubled
Families program and Children and Families Bill are presented for children care and improving
family's social status. In this regard, several tools and planning procedures for decision making
regarding work performance. In this process, importance of social and cultural development is
