focusses on increasing awareness of critical decision making for the healthcare provider.

As Mike chose not to report, the spill and his decision have led to negative consequences.
Mike was in a dilemma to report the spill incident or to lose his job for being late. However,
Mike chose to clock in first and save him from being terminated. However, his decision has
created another negative impact on the workplace. Women had met with an accident due to the
spill, and she is undergoing severe pain. Mike is undergoing guilt feeling as he thinks himself to
be the reason for the accident of this woman, as he did not report about the spill.
On the other hand, he has guilt feeling for confessing about it. The women fall, have
affected the facility badly as it would cost resources and time that cannot be compensated
(Dobrzykowski & Tarafdar, 2015). The fall had also made the patient undergo severe pain and
injury, which would make her stay in the hospital with future fear of failing and depression.

and monitoring is required that includes physical therapy, radiology tests, case management as
