INTRODUCTION
Critical reflections define the person’s most memorable incident in life which individual
not trying to forget in life and those critical incident inspired people most in life. In this report
defines the incident of life and use brook-filed theory which defines teacher ability and
responsibilities towards their students. And also include the critical incident impact on person’s
professional development life (Brookfield, 2015).
STEP 1
Incident
One day, I was going to attend annual function of my cousin schools, I see the school
teacher well dressed and very politely handled every thing and also attend guest. That moment I
only see the teachers are handle every responsibilities (Ruch et.al ., 2015). I see how they
manage all the activities in school. After the end of functions I was going to my home and I
never stop thinking about the teachers because they organize very good functions. That incidents
influence me to how responsible quality have a teachers and very politely they handled all the
situations. After few days I was again going to school for attend parents meetings of my cousin
school, when I see all the teachers tell their parents to about their children problems and also
appreciate archiving full marks. When I see one school student slip from the stair and their
teacher very polity talk with them and care them. That incident touch my heart they are
responsible with caring as well, that was incident influence me as teacher many responsibilities
have they attend in school or caring students and teach student. To meet with teacher I notice
how to talk with me and how my cousin weak in which subject what subject explain my cousin
learn most. I notice teacher are ensured all their students learning ability and their weakness.
They also handled all other activities in school (Brunstein, and et.al., 2017). Those all incident
influence me to being teacher position in school every responsible and honest job, how they
make future of their student that was big ability in them.

Personal lens
In this essay I use brook-filed four lenses to define the teacher's role influence me how
much. And I also use my thinking and my experience on as teacher to handled students to learn
and also give motivation for the study hard. I choose may experience on as teachers role in
schools university how thinking and how they teach students etc.
Autobiography
My personal experience on teacher's role in school and colleges. I went to school for
attend annual functions of my cousin school, I see the different activities and function all are
organized by teacher and they manage all the functions activities well and also organize dinner
party for students and parents all these activities they manage very well that responsible attitude
influence me to being teacher is very responsible job to manage everything well mannerly. I
think teacher have very positive attitude in school and university as I see in school I think teacher
role inspire me to being very respectful job. All the students are talk to very respectful and
mannerly (Redmond, 2017). I remember when I am students my teacher also very responsible
for their work they have many works to do to prepare exams paper, provide guidance and also
look other activities in school. For those work of teachers I feel they have very hard job to all
work and also manage all the work in few time (Clarke and Braun, 2018). When I am student my
class teacher was very talented they teach very well. During my exams in their subject I
receiving full marks and my result was also good. That was great experience in my life and she
was my idol teacher that time. That experience influence me teacher having most honourable job.
For those abilities I inspired very much.
My student’ eyes
I choose to use critical incident to teacher are gives lecture in classroom and how many
children are focus on that. This critical incident define the role and ability of teacher in schools
and university and experience tell about how responsible quality in teacher.
During my experience, I never stop thinking about those incident when it was attended
the parents meeting of cousin I saw the activities of each teacher that incident really touch my
heart, I believe each job have own responsibilities to defines their duties, teacher job is most
respectful and honourable job, this department ensure the all activities of their student, they see

ability of students and the improve other activities like sports and creativity etc (Sartori, and
et.al., 2015). I believe that to being professional person have to handle all activities in their
department. That defies how responsible you are and how can you manage your work and your
work inspire to others as well. My experience says to having a job of teacher is this the most
honourable opportunity which accepted. Teachers values influence to my personal life I also
want a job which is respectful a very intelligent. Those incident was very heart touching incident
in my life and I never try to forget that incident in life because this really inspired me (Mathiesen
and et.al., 2017).
Literature lens
Literature lenses gives the different methods to analysis of literature. This allowed study
of reveals layered and variable meanings, this theory change to keep pace with historical and
culture shifts.
My incidents in school was shaping my career this related to my personal life because I
am very much inspire from these incidents to totally admired teacher duties for their students. In
other words this incident gives me inspiration to choose honourable job in my future. One of the
incident in that time. When I see the child crying on stair because she was slipped form the
satire and she got injured that time their class teacher handle her very politely and treat like that
she was her daughter. That incident I feel really emotional and very caring. That time I see
teacher handled her student like their own child. I feel this situation I never forget in my life this
was very sensitive situation I see and admired in my life. I tell those incidents to my friends this
communication is very interesting when my friend listing this whole incident she was shocked
and looking at me. And she says the most caring teacher is she how they handled and stop crying
of child. And treating like her children (Cottrell, 2017). Those incident defines the apart from all
activity's teacher responsible for all that are doesn't matter what is that.
In this incident my friend Rena also inspired to teacher jobs they all perform very hard
task in their department. Teacher jobs also inspired other person who are able to handle
responsibility hard jobs in their fields. I learn from those all given incidents that to being
responsible, honest person follow the rule of teacher because they are very manageable person
they perform each task with timely and manage all the work according to time. I learn from that
in my life to do each work according to time and also handle all the task according to time. For
this incident I learn many things like how to talk with people, how manage things, how to

manage work, how to care people, how to being professional and yes how teach students. This
critical incident shape my life that how to being professional person and how to handle each
situation in my life (Liu, 2015). This incident teach me that not matter person is younger and
elder a respectful person respect all kinds of person. This not have actually mattered.
STEP 3
Critical reflection impacts on professional identity
This critical incident going to personal impacts on my professional identity, it mainly
impacts going to my personality and development, I learn that positive attitude is answer of all
kinds of problems, I learned form that incident that personal development improve person
positive attitude (Vince and Pässilä, 2015). This incident going to impact on my future that helps
to choose my profession and also choose, most respectful jobs.
Future action support ongoing professional learning and development as a result
Result of developing professional learning in future career, I choose a teacher profession
in my career because to inspired from my incidents I believe in life person always choose those
job will give you respect and responsible which defines how responsible you are in you fields.
My future actions developed my career growth and I also take all responsibilities in my future.
This professional development will give me very responsible job and I also become capable
person in my life, which capable to handle all task in my fields. This will give meh opportunity
to face critically situation in life and also being most responsible person in life. These incidents
taught me many things which is help in my future and make career (Fook and et.al., eds., 2015 ).
CONCLUSION
In this above report concluded the critical reflections how impact on person life and how
person learn from those incidents. In this above report determines the critical incidents defines
the strengths and weakness of people and those incidents also helps to improve those weaknesses
in life and also concluded the critical reflections impacts on professional's identity, or future
actions support ongoing professional learning and development as a result (Gray and Coombs,
