leadership of Tessa Clarke who is a business leader and co founder of Olio which is a mobile
application of food sharing, carrying its business practices in reducing food waste. It is a free
application which connects neighbours and individuals with others also along with local shops so
that surplus food and other items which could be shared. This report includes background of

by leader in order to influence behaviours and guide employees and workers of Olio company. It
