well as a learning environment is established. The complex nature of humans’ continuous effort in
order to understand this nature in the organizational policy implementation and subsequent effect on
those pertinent actions. Effect of local policies adopted by organization and effect of such actions on
working policies of a company are described in detail with theories, practical models. However, there
are certain limitations like the chosen local place policy, which varies from place to place.
Continuous practice as well as close monitoring of participating organization provides an in-depth

A preliminary research gap or statement of the research problem
This article by Chen and Manley (2014) took into consideration various paradigms of implementing
collaborative procurement but there are certain demerits associated with the process. Policy maker’s rules
and implementations for constructional projects are not taken under consideration. Sample size used to
conduct research is virtual feedbacks, which do not provide accurate outcomes. The formal and informal
mechanisms taken under consideration are not completely justified with factual raw data and statistical
analysis of outcomes. The necessary factors required for establishing a relation between the research
methodologies used to perform the analysis and the factors and issues pointed out are inconsistent with the
requirement.

A critical reflection of your learning experience
I was completely unaware of different types of working mechanisms, which companies implement to
complete a work. Involvement of stakeholders in different stages of the process, where work division
plays an important role. Companies’ active role in managing a task through division amongst the
work force, which promotes teamwork made me realize the importance of working in collaboration
with my team members. Through this article importance of collaborative procurement used in
projects, typically related to performance-based operations like those that construction works in-depth
idea has been acquired. Four weeks with my assignment made me realize the importance of timely
submission of my work for easier implementation and conduction is understood. The submission of
personally performed practical assignments should always have an originality associated with it,
software’s like Turnitin, where submitted articles by students are checked for similarity index helped
me a lot through the process to keep my articles original and devoid of plagiarism. The approaches,
which are adopted by large organizations to conduct efficient work with result-based approach, has
helped me to understand real life implications in problem solving. The most important factor, which I
learned with my research, is time management. This means, by dividing the task amongst team
members for efficient performance as well as reduced time output for the task is achieved
successfully. This has helped to realise the importance associated with timely completion of a given
project within the provided deadline. My teachers have helped me a lot with understanding of the
topic as a whole, and my approach on a task with their help has provided me with knowledge and
idea about practical implications of the research work under consideration. Sources used for writing
this article, which are peer-reviewed journals by respective professionals from the industry, have
been the connecting dots for my assignment.
