INTRODUCTION
While learning classes I understand about sustainability which is most important for
individuals as it helps to develop the skills and abilities (Caeiro, and et.al., 2020). The business
environment is changing day by day where it is needed to have clear understanding that can be
used to solve problems. I have learnt about children’s agency that contributes in sustainability
and children engages in all activities.
PART 1
MAIN BODY
As I was studying in my school life my tutor taught me about sustainability, how it comes
and its benefits in our life. Sustainability is the important for each as it improve the quality of
human lives, protects ecosystem and preserve the natural sources for future generation. The main
subject text relates to sustainability are children education in their early age, philosophy for
sustainability and children as active citizens or agentic child that can help to improve the
learning ability of child in their early age that can help to be part of their life. As I came to know
about sustainability and its requirement in my school age where I understood that I should aware
children from their childhood so that they started to participate in each activity which can help to
feel good. Children agency is main aspects which means to recognising that children have right
to make decision and choices where they are able initiate their learning. I think that parents are
the first teacher of their students who should be aware about abilities to work and how they can
create the sustainability by reducing issues and negative impacts of environment and other
aspects. The first article which I used to learn about environment for embedding sustainability by
using National Quality Standard that states services cares for the environment and supports
children to become environmentally responsible. In the learning classes I came to know that
increasing awareness, global connectivity, and education to children are need for sustainability
efforts. The governments of each country have formulated the many policies on sustainability
and revolutions that should know by students and needs to be follow which could help to good
effectiveness (Tillmanns, 2020).
I started an activity with children and assign a task where they need of perform well by
using sources which are available in environment. The children need to focus on minimum
wastages, growing plants and let the children know how discover the beauty of our oceans. In

many questions in front of children and let them know all the needed things to make understand
them properly. Children are the future of every country they have right to know about
sustainability and resources which are available in the environment and can help to develop the
abilities to perform well. If people are able to understand the important of environment and how
to create the sustainability, then it will be great opportunity for them as they can manage each
functions and changes in environment. I also learned about sustainability philosophy such as
Child led approach, Guide learning approach, Adult centred, and Adult led all are using to
developing the higher performance in changing environment.
As per child led approach learner should be focused on capability and active learners,
children’s agency is used through initiation and direction of learning. The tutor should be
providing the learning about how they could start their work and manage each function which
can help to make feel good. I have read about guide learning in which educator and children
working together to initiate their plans and complete the goals. The adult centred approach
should be use by child for increasing their experience and maintaining the higher performance. I
used all the approaches to create a high level of understanding, decision goals, and participating
in each activity to maintain the sustainability. Every tutor and parents must be recognising the
different resources and activities which can be used to develop the environment. I taught the
students about how to reuse the products and items to create the sustainability. In the
environment there are limited sources which needs to know children and must use properly or
systematically. This was the good learning part for me and children where I met different
students who belongs to different country or culture. They were ready to bring changes in their
environment by using resources and managing each function properly (Ruiz-Mallén, and Heras,
2020).
This also helps to bring the changes in environment as children started to work or save
environment in their early. I also learned that how to overcome from the issues and complete the
working which can help to develop the higher productivity and profitability. The children have
ability to reuse the resources, proper use of natural resource and good focus on climate change
that can help to perform the all functions. Plantation and taking part in educational activities is
also part of children agency where they have option to build their career and managing the all

in changing environment. To create the sustainability children agency is having important part in
human being life that understand the requirement and manage each task for the purpose of
reducing negative impacts and developing performance.
PART 2
Reflection is the activity of sharing knowledge, opinion and managing the typical task.
Whenever something is done by individual then it shares its working and experience is known as
reflection. In above section I talk about children agency and sustainability where I came to know
different aspects which can be used to develop the environment and sustainability (Misiaszek,
2019). The reflection is used to increase the chance of success and avoid the failures in future. I
prepared an assignment on sustainability where I analysed how my personal values and
knowledge has changed throughout the subjects which I decided in above section and challenged
which I faced during working on such project.
MAIN BODY
The aspects or subjects which I had read in my learning age was sustainability where I
came to know about different skills that needs to create in environment. With the help of above
leaning I improved the skills and values that provide me good learning abilities to work well.
The sustainability is very important for individual and country as it develop the economy and
social aspects which used to being the changes and maintain performance. While doing the
project I realised that I am good in communication, collaboration, problem solving and team
building skills which could help me to complete each project properly. Communication skill is
very important for me and each individual as it helps to understand goals which is decided and
share with others so all task and goals could be achieved timely. Without communication it is not
possible for children and individual to share the information and make any decision. As I had

CONCLUSION

which is used to collaborate with team and children for the purpose of innovating new ideas in
relation to sustainability. I got ready each children to participate in CSR activities that means
corporate social responsibility which make each individual responsible and maintain higher
productivity. With the help of communication and collaboration skills I have communicated with
each child and let them know about environment as well as resources which are helpful to
increase the environment and develop the performance (Cotterell, Ferreira, Hales, and Arcodia,
2020).

this knowledge by teaching the students and creating agency where I put my opinions and
improve their learning. I firstly explained that main problem running in environment is too much
waste, unmet demand for an eco-friendly products or services, not enough energy, higher usage
of limited resources, increasing pollution that affects the environment and impacts negatively on
sustainable. The children put their ideas and stated that how they can use revolution approach to
create the sustainability and managing the performance. Thus, it was good opportunity for me to
develop own and children’s skills to perform well and develop the professional skills (Matthies,
Stamm, Hirvilammi, and Närhi, 2019).
While doing working or learning I noticed that my critical thinking and mathematical
skills are also high which I used to analysis the project and prepare the budget accordingly. To
perform any task and managing the activities there is need to have critical thinking skills which
used by me to think deeper and get the solution to complete the project properly. The
mathematical skill which I used to analysis the budget and expenditure to complete the project
and attaining the goals. This was a good opportunity for me to think widely and get the future
employment opportunity (Naidoo, 2020).
