Answer – The original post that have been describing the approach of system thinking at
Woolworths is not holistic. It have been providing all the relevant kind of information, and
have informed all the necessary kind of information which have been implied in the
organization for simply solving the issue that have been faced by Woolworths. \
There have not any missing points or links in the original post. It have clearly
mentioned and described all the necessary points that have validating all the required system
thinking approaches in the organization.
2. Have all plausible consequences been identified?
Answer – In the post, all the issues that have been faced by Woolworths have been identified.
All the consequences of the problems that could occur due to improper identification of the
issue and the problem that would occur if those issues would not be solved by using system
thinking approaches (Offor & Cleveland, 2018).
3. Have Systems Thinking tools been used and used properly? Please provide a critique
on these tools and there use in solving the problem identified.
Answer – In the post, it is clearly stated that system thinking tool have been used by
Woolworths organization to solve the problems that were being faced. The tool have been
used properly for analyzing and solving the problem.
The tools, CATWOE model and Root Definition have been used for solving the issues
that are being faced by Woolworth’s organization in the supply chain (Monasterolo et al.
2016).
