INTRODUCTION
The present report is one that is focusing on presenting the mind mapping so that
analytical thinking processes relating to social media might be identified. Further, the standards
relating to critical thinking will also be discussed. Lastly, four days working will be used to
present the arguments relating better understanding for the future.
MAIN BODY
A. Using mind mapping, apply the analytical thinking processes
For the social media topic it can be said that the mind map is useful tool that allows the
individual to know about various information in most effective manner. Furthermore, for the
chosen topic mind map is best to improve the productivity and inspire more creativity within the
individual. Also, through the mind map the person is able to develop the knowledge about the
social media and its benefits and also helps in developing thoughts and ideas about various
elements of it (Alsaleh, 2020). Furthermore, for the social media the major sub heading that
included under this topic would be Blogging, Social marketing, Internet forums, multimedia,
chat, Entertainment and much more. Thus, these all are the main heading under which there are
various sub parts that which allows the individual to have knowledge about various models,
processes and methods that are used to make this learning more effective.
Hence, through using the mind map the person is able to develop the detailed
understanding and is able to make complex ideas in easier way to understand. Moreover, through

analysing each element of social media the person would be able to the boost the creativity and
explore new concepts thus leading to the meaningful learning. Furthermore, for central topic like
social media which is very vast it is the best way to maintain the interest and long last learning
than any other forms (Dill and Zambrana, 2020.). Moreover, the person would be able to
formulate theories, review the existing ones relating to social media and evaluate the possible
solutions for better application the future. Thus, through the mind map on the social media topic
the person is capable enough to analyse, interpret, present and evaluate certain things in most
effective manner.
B. Applying standards of thinking to assess the shape or absence of appropriate reasoning
shaping the situation.
For the social media research website it is very essentials there are certain intellectual
standards are been used for thinking that are been described as follows:
Clarity: it is very crucial to have the right amount of clarity about the topic so that better
research might be conducted and also in depth details might be found out easily. Moreover, the
clarity helps in finding more about the topic and enhance the intellectual skills in most effective
manner.
Accuracy: For any individual intellectual skills are only developed when the findings are
free forma any kind of errors. Also, the data collected is having the least amount of mistakes and
is one that might be reliable for any kind of future references or might be used for further
researches (Cortázar and et.al., 2021). Further, through accuracy the individual would be able to
build confidence to find out more about the topic and enhance the thinking level to have the data
with evidences.
Precisions: Thinking or searching out any social media context would be only when
searching is very precise and the definite. Moreover, as data of social media is very vast it is not
possible for any person to enhance critical thinking about the whole elements that are part of the
topic (Wechsler and et.al., 2018). Thus, it is required that for best critical thinking person need to
look into those ideas that are exact and relevant to the matter so that best solutions might be
developed in the future for any problem.
Logic and significance: also, it is required that all the data collected need to develop
some kind of logic and need to be significant for social media topic so that the purpose is
achieved in the right direction rather just having wastage of time and money

C. Having four days work is far better for economy then five days
Yess, it is agreed that organizations that provide four-day weeks to employees are able to
the produce better results in terms of productivity and able to save the lot of time of the company
which is otherwise caused when lot of mistakes are committed on regular basis. Also,
employees are also happy for work for such organization that values employees contribution and
time. Furthermore, in four-day weeks working employees tend to remain motivated and
encouraged to take challenging responsibilities in the future (Warmate, Eldaly and Elamer,
2021). However, on the other side five day for the economy might be goods in terms of more
quantity of output but it tends to make employees feel less valuable and lack the best relationship
within the workplace. Also, having four days’ work is good when high level of quality work is
need to be delivered using the creative minds so that employees are able to work in the less
stressful environment.
Moreover, the those companies that are providing the four days’ work tend to have less
distracted work at the workplace and allow people to have more time for leisure. Although it is
great option for most of the companies and overall economy but in-spite of it there is threat of
company in terms of longer working hours and unsustainable business environment in the long
run (Kolasa, Rubaszek and Walerych, 2021). However, opting for four days’ work in specified
time is good as it allows companies to have higher employee retention and satisfaction that
allows the firm to achieve unachievable targets in the future. Thus, it can be said that having the
four-day work is good when the labour is utilized fully, work requirements are met on the
deadlines and there is active participation of each employee that makes the working place happy
and positive.
CONCLUSION
From the above report and through referring the Cotrrell’s 2017 Critical Reflection Core
Model it can say that social media is the current topic that is most prevalent in any filed that
individual wish to work. Also, the report had identified analytical thinking, presented various
standards of thinking and had presented the arguments on four days working is good.
