areas of self awareness as personality traits, personal values, habits, emotions, and psychological

others, Admitting mistakes, Being aware of your own emotions and the effect you are having on
others, Being introspective, Reflecting on one’s own feelings and behaviours, and Taking self-
scored “profiling” tests. I have also being able to develop understanding of the Johari Window
