Introduction
Managers have to bear the entire responsibility of looking after the working of an
organization. To do that, they have to make sure about conducting a series of personality tests on
themselves so that they get to know about the different strengths and the weaknesses that are
present. There are many different tools that the students can use to know about their personality
styles and the respective strengths and weakness that are associated with the same. This will
enable them to develop a critical skill of thinking and learning. I am a student and studying
Masters of Health care administration. Therefore in future I want to grow up and work as a
successful leader. As per my perception in order to work successfully in future I have to
develope my skills right from this point of time. From the viewpoint of a student I will have to
make sure that I am making use of all my skills in the right way and also working over the areas
of my weakness. I have also been able to get a view of my leadership style from the skill audit
test. My leadership style is one that always helps others to take part in all the leadership activities
and then help them carry on with their due responsibilities (Ebenehi, Rashid and Bakar 2016). In
other words I always like to develop the skills of accountability among my followers. I want to
develop the transformational leadership sill within myself so that I can support my followers
throughout.
Critical thinking is one of the most important aspects for the students so that they can make the
right kinds of decisions and then make sure to implement them for the overall welfare of their
organization (Barto, Lambert and Brott 2015). There are some of the essential tools that can be

A post-graduate degree in economics, finance or a related discipline. However,

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Excellent teamwork skills, and a positive and flexible approach.
Experience of using Microsoft packages including Word and Excel. Experience with
econometric or statistical packages would be advantageous but is not essential

many different people belonging from different religious and social cultures.
