Introduction
Managers have to bear the entire responsibility of looking after the working of an
organization. To do that, they have to make sure about conducting a series of personality tests on
themselves so that they get to know about the different strengths and the weaknesses that are
present. There are many different tools that the students can use to know about their personality
styles and the respective strengths and weakness that are associated with the same. This will
enable them to develop a critical skill of thinking and learning. I am a student and studying
Masters of Health care administration. Therefore in future I want to grow up and work as a
successful leader. As per my perception in order to work successfully in future I have to
develope my skills right from this point of time. From the viewpoint of a student I will have to
make sure that I am making use of all my skills in the right way and also working over the areas
of my weakness. I have also been able to get a view of my leadership style from the skill audit
test. My leadership style is one that always helps others to take part in all the leadership activities
and then help them carry on with their due responsibilities (Ebenehi, Rashid and Bakar 2016). In
other words I always like to develop the skills of accountability among my followers. I want to
develop the transformational leadership sill within myself so that I can support my followers
throughout.
Critical thinking is one of the most important aspects for the students so that they can make the
right kinds of decisions and then make sure to implement them for the overall welfare of their
organization (Barto, Lambert and Brott 2015). There are some of the essential tools that can be
used by the organization. One of them being the Data gathering from the super-strong activity.
This will be helping in identifying the qualities that are present in large amount and the ones that

 I have developed the art of social service through different NGO activities
 I have also developed good team working capability. This is because taking part in many
of the collaborative works that will be helping me in understanding the mindset and the
issues that people have.
 I enjoy taking part in many public meetings as this will help me in communicating with
people and also get a wide range of new innovative business ideas
As is evident from the description of the skills audit one of my biggest strengths
communications. In other words as a student, I will be able to use this skill for conveying all the
essential business decisions among the different employees and also make sure that I am taking
all their views and their opinions for developing the decisions. Apart from this one of my other
skills is the customer service skill. As per the skill guide I have some qualities in satisfying the
customers or the clients so that they can get the right service for the price that is being paid by
them. Therefore when I grow up and become a student in the health care administration then the

string customer service quality will be helping me a lot.
Building relationship is another essential skill that I will be sing in the long run. I will always try
to use my interpersonal skill and then make sure that I am being able to understand and respond
to all the queries of the customers.
Stage 3: critical interpretation and argument
“Vision for Me”
To carry on this stage I have taken the help from the SuperStrong Tool. This so because I feel
to develop a personal analysis of the strengths and the weakness the mangers must be able to
make some extensive and wide range of critical thinking tools and techniques. This will be of
great help as it will help in understanding about the different qualities that they need to develop
for their future career in the long run and also how to work over the different weaknesses that
need to be developed.
1. Who am I? (beliefs, values, ethics)
As far as the score of the SuperStrong insight is concerned I have got the Conventional score
of C. This is evident of the fact that I am very practical. However, this is again in sharp contrast
with the few scores that I have git in the Skills Audit test. This is because I have been able to
learn that I am not very strong in the delegation of roles (Abbasi, Ali and Bibi 2018). I cannot
understand the roles and responsibilities. Therefore if I have to act practically then I have to
make sure that I am being able to take care of the roles and the duties that I am delegating to my
subordinates. To do that, I have to work hard over my delegation skills. As I am conventional, I
know how to stay organized in my work. I always make sure that the works are being done

properly and there are no drawbacks to any of the work. Being orderly and detail-oriented I feel
that I will be able to work with precision in future. As a student in the current day scenario, I feel
that I have some skills in built within me-
 A post-graduate degree in economics, finance or a related discipline. However,
outstanding candidates with an undergraduate qualification will also be considered.
 Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
 Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
 Excellent teamwork skills, and a positive and flexible approach.
 Experience of using Microsoft packages including Word and Excel. Experience with
econometric or statistical packages would be advantageous but is not essential
Keeping these skills in mind, I feel that I am partly suitable for the post but at the same time, I
have to work very hard so that I can overcome the weakness.
Where are my strengths and skills?
The strengths are I am good at communications skill; I can easily communicate all the
different business decisions both in oral and written versions. This will surely of great help for
my future career. I have good adaptability skill. I am also good at adapting the changes that are
going on around me. In other words, I know that there can be several hurdles and several
challenges coming in the way. I will be able to easily adjust to them as I am having a strong
adaptability skill. It is also evident from the skill audit that my digital literacy skills are not very
well developed (Zhao, Hwang and Lee 2016). However, to stay in the post for a long time, I will
have to make sure that I am being able to handle all the different office works soundly. This will
be useful for me to understand the different technologies that are developing in the modern days;

I have to develop a thorough understanding about the different technological tools that can be
used to do the accounting in a better and much easier way. Therefore it is one of the weaknesses
and I have to work very bard so that I can overcome this and learn the different digital skills for
doing my work properly.
What primary career pathway am I best suited to and why?
As per my perception working as a student in any of the public policy, houses is one of
the good career options for me. As my score says that I am conventional I will surely be able to
adjust with any kind of situations appearing in my surrounding, I have a strong organizational
skill as well (Gunawan, Aungsuroch and Fisher 2018). This will be helping me to understand all
the different job requirements and then work very hard to achieve the goals. This will help me to
deal with all the different challenges that are coming in front of me. As per my test results are
concerned, I have chances of putting up a good performance if I go into fields like health care
services, medical science, protective services and others. Therefore I have chosen them field of
health acre department and I am urgently and aspiring student.
It is evident from the skills audit test that I am good at creativity and innovation skill. In
order to work as a successful student in the field of health care department, I will have to use this
skill. This will help me to develop all the new and innovative ways of taking care of the patients.
This will help me in delivering better services to the customers and also catering to their needs.

asset to an employer in my chosen field?

I feel that I have some qualities within myself that will be helping me to be an asset for
the employers who will be hiring me for work.
As a student I must focus on learning different aspects that are needed for the purpose of
establishing successfully in life. In future I will have to deal with many other different parts of
the world. This is because in future I will have to interact with many of the patients who are
coming from, different socio cultural backgrounds from Australia and also from other parts of
the world. As I have the interpersonal skills and the team working skill find myself as a suitable
candidate for this job, I will be able to team up with the different employees working in different
departments of the organization and also get good and useful results out of the same (Tucker
2017).
Therefore the interpersonal and the team building skill will be needed for interacting with so
many different people belonging from different religious and social cultures.
I have a strong team working skill. This will be one of the most useful assets that the
employers will be getting from me. I will be able to understand the opinions and the ideas of
different people coming from many different cultural and social backgrounds (Mumford et al.
2017).
Building relationships is also one of my greatest strengths and that will be helping me in dealing
with the responsibilities associated with this business. I will be able to understand the different
issues that the people are facing and also suggest them some good and some innovative solutions

It is evident from the skills Audit tools that I have a good and strong ability in paying
attention to details. It is also concerning the results of the Super Strong test. As my SuperStrong

my work with proper perfection. The chances of making any kinds of mistakes will also be
reduced. This will surely help me in understanding about every job requirement in the future and

Creativity and Innovation are also among my area of strengths. Therefore I will be able to make
use of this ability and work towards the betterment of my career in the future. I will be able to
understand the different issues and also suggest the best innovative solutions to the same

others are very useful to develop a thorough understanding about the strengths and the weakness
that are present within every individual. The student must make use of these tools to understand
the areas that they have to nurture for getting success and also those areas that are their
weakness. Therefore they will have to work over the sane with the right kind of strategies is that
they can get rid of their weaknesses. I will be keeping a track of the results and also keep on
taking the strategies that will be helping me in the long run. For instance, I will try to work over
my digital skills. I will be enrolling myself in some classes or sessions for learning the modern
and the updated digital skills for doing the work in an easy, quick and error-free manner.
