Introduction
In this essay I have explained about the learning from the course of MGMT20135:
Critical Thinking and Managerial Decision-Making and it would develop the scope of self
improvement and development. The implication of the study is for the management of the
improved processing for the development of the operations in the organization. The study had
helped me for evaluating the concept of Critical Thinking and Managerial Decision Making
process that could be implied for forming the improved processing of organization. The project
is implied for developing the process of integrating the development of the analysis and
evaluation method.
The following assignment had been made for ensuring the development of the critical
review of the Critical Thinking and Managerial Decision Making for the organization. The essay
would be formed for the development of the process of learning via lectures. The reflective essay
would be formed for developing the improved operations in the development of the right
operations.
Evaluation of Critical Thinking and Managerial Decision Making
The course profile of MGMT20135: Critical Thinking and Managerial Decision-Making
had been studied for developing an understanding of the various documents consisting of
principles and operations of the organization. The implementation of the study would help me in
forming the accurate and supportive development of the analysis factor for forming the
compatibility of the evaluation process. I have gone through weeks of development and analysis
for forming the impactful analysis of the project development. The study had been divided into 9
weeks and each of the weeks had brought a new topic for study in the organization. I have

clarified about the gaining from the course of MGMT20135: Critical Thinking and Managerial
Decision-Making and it would build up the extent of self change and improvement. The effect of
the investigation is for the administration of the enhanced preparing for the improvement of the
operations in the association. The investigation had helped me for assessing the idea of Critical
Thinking and Managerial Decision Making process that could be inferred for framing the
enhanced preparing of association. The task is inferred for building up the way toward
incorporating the improvement of the examination and assessment technique. The usage of the
investigation would help me in framing the exact and steady advancement of the examination
factor for shaping the similarity of the assessment procedure. I have experienced a long time of
improvement and investigation for shaping the impactful examination of the task advancement.
The first week of the study was focused on the introduction of the critical thinking and
development methods. The critical thinking is implied for forming the evaluation of the
processes of the development. The critical thinking would be implied for developing the
sufficient processes of the organization. The study of critical thinking would be formed for
developing the integration of the operations. It is possible for forming the individual’s prospect
for developing the improvement of the effective processes and formation. I have studied the
definition of Critical thinking by Kallet in his words “Purposeful method for enhancing your
thoughts beyond your automatic, everyday way of thinking. It’s a process that uses a framework
and tool set.” The critical thinking base was clearly introduced to me and by the end of first
week I came to know about the framework of the development model that includes clarity,
conclusions, and decisions. I had to follow these steps for evaluating any scenario in terms of the
critical thinking. The second week was used for evaluating the scenario for developing critical
thinking in the organization. The study would also help in forming the effective flow of

operations for forming the analysis of the critical evaluation. Clarity involves the use of ten tools
namely inspection, what are needed, emptying the bucket, so what, why, what else, vision,
ingredient diagram, thinking coach, and anticipatory thinking.
The third week was focused on the analysis of the information and data for forming the
analysis of the effective processing of the information. The information and its analysis play a
major role in development of the critical thinking and analysis for developing effective
managerial decision making. The involvement of the critical thinking would be formed for
developing the integration of the knowledge and skill based for the analysis of the evaluation
method for the development. The analysis of week four lecture would provide the utilization of
the reflect tool for the development of the effective processing and integration. The development
of the human attributes were highly improved by the use of the reflect tool. The reflect tool
provides the scope for implementing self awareness. The self awareness would be helpful for
critical evaluation of the one’s nature and develop qualities of self assessment in the
organization. The sixth week was focused on taking smart decisions of the situations and it
would comprise of forming the development of the decision making in the organization. I was
given a scenario for going through and it helped in using my critical thinking aspect for
developing the critical thinking and using managerial decision making process. The week 7 and
8 were the elongation of the ethical decision making and critical thinking in terms of various
situations and requirements. The balancing of the scenario rationale and non rationale was done
for implementing the final decision making process. The week 9 was used for developing the
improved processes of the critical thinking and development. The contracts would be made for
developing the effective flow of operations for integrating the development of the profound
knowledge.

The reflect tool would help me for developing the factor of self assessment and
development. The reflect tools provides the development of one person with the help of
improvised technology and processes. The critical decision making process is helpful for
considering the management of the effective processes in the organization. I did the study on
reflect tools for development of self awareness practice. The study made me realize about the
factors of accurate self assessment, feelings – emotions, desires - needs, attitudes – opinions,
motives – purposes, and strengths – weaknesses. The reflect study helped me for developing the
process of analysis model for integration of the operations. The reflect study had caused the
deployment of the process for integrating the manipulation of the effective process and
integration. The reflect tool has helped for involving the key zones like individual esteems,
feelings, identity characteristics, propensities, and mental needs.
The use of the reflect tool would be helpful for forming the development of the
improvised human attributes. The human skill of self development would provide scope for me
to grow and develop for the implication of the effective and improved integration methods. The
analysis had provided the simultaneous development of the integration model. I would be able to
imply my progress and carve my knowledge with the help of system integration and
development. The usage of the investigation would help me in framing the exact and steady
advancement of the examination factor for shaping the similarity of the assessment procedure. I
