Worlducation is founded in 2016 and it is a social start-up which
is mainly focusing on manufacturing tablet computers for primary
school students. The focus of this start-up is not only limited to
the hardware as they are also creating software, activities and
content for the better education and engagement of primary
school students. The aim of the start-up is to change the way
students learn with the help of implementing artificial intelligence
technology in school. It also envisions a world in which each and
every child is able to read and write so that a world becomes
literate (Elder and Paul, 2020). This is the reason that day of
focusing on selling their product to each classroom and
sometimes they are donating to those who are not able to afford
the same technology and train a classroom accordingly. The

identified that the pandemic provided surprising new leads and
unprecedented growth with enough production and operation

pursuing solutions. that government is the external stakeholders and they are
playing an important role in the issues. They are responsible for
issues because they announced the restrictions due to COVID-
19.
It is necessary to understand the complexities of the issues that
faced by company. They are expected to sell out 2000 tablets in
April, 2020 (Ulger, 2018). But they get failed as they only
distributed 500 tablets. In addition to this, it is also found that
they are profit was a declined in 2020. It is identified that they
projected revenue of $45 million and net profit of $9 million and
a cash flow of $5 million. But because of the pandemic, the
revenue will amount to $55 million and net profit was $5 million
and cash flow was negative $3 million.
The main objective of pursuing a solution is to get the origin of
the position and level up the profit margin.
If management is successful to solve the issue then it found that
it will very beneficial for the organisation as they are able to
achieve their goals and objectives, attracting more and more
students and universities, and the last one is able to achieve the
vision (Jones and Walton, 2018).
Three important risks are involved in the solutions that are
flexibility, dynamic behaviour of environment, and negative
implications of post pandemic situations.

requirements
Establish the legislative and
organisational requirements
related to the complex issue,
including:
a summary of the
relevant legislation
a summary of the
associated
organisational policies

Attach any relevant policies to
your portfolio.
It is very important to ensure the legislative requirements should
be accomplished. In this complex issue, one important
legislation is required Workplace health and safety legislation
(Pratama and Retnawati, 2018). In addition to this, there are
many more regulations which are necessary to consider with the
complex issue such as Disability Discrimination Act 1992, etc.
To solve the issue, all the legislative and organisational
requirements must be considered which are related to the
complex issue. The organisation has some finance authorisation
policy and procedures which is necessary to consider. In this
policy and procedure, all the financial transactions need to be
authorised through the noted authorised persons before making
any transaction (Simamora and Saragih, 2019). It will be read in
conjunction with other important policies of finance where
relevant. There is also a policy for use of business credit cards
(Changwong, Sukkamart and Sisan, 2018). As per this policy,
employees will only be issued a credit card when they
completed a credit card authorisation form. There are many
more policies are found of the organisation.

With the discussion of stakeholders, we analysed that cost and
effect diagram is very helpful to solve the problem and make
further solutions. Brainstorming is also very important in the
identification of techniques which can be used to identify
solutions for the problem.
Important alternative solutions are identified for the issue which
is mentioned below:
o The first solution is to make a strategy for the financial
position of an organisation.
o Optimum utilisation of available resources.
o Maintain health and safety in the workplace and should
ensure to students that it will beneficial for their future.
o Reduce the prices of the tablets.
Evaluate alternative solutions
Evaluate each identified
solution to establish their
feasibility. Include: success criteria constraints evaluation of each
alternative against the

options
It is very important that each other or alternative solution should be
evaluated in order to identify the best one and also for the purpose of
establishing their feasibility. For that purpose, evaluation should
include success criteria, constraints and a list of all feasible options.
It is identified that the solution can be successful only when it will
be able to increase the profits of the company again and will get
back the real position.
The constraints are the risk of external environmental forces.
It is identified that the first option found is because the strategy
for the financial position which is an effective solution and
organisation maybe have a chance to get there profits back but it
has a risk of plan failure. The next option is optimum utilisation of
available resources which is found to be not so effective because
it cannot create profits for the future and also have a risk to
completing the task and activities in the available resources. The
third option is maintaining health and safety requirements in the
workplace which is not able to accomplish the goals and
objectives and also does not increase the profits and revenue.
The fourth alternative which is identified is a reduction in the
price of tablets which is effective in order to increase the
revenues but it cannot able to increase the profits of the
organisation. It also has a risk of Limited budget.

Research and Analysis are found to be the important techniques
which help to select the alternative and also help in choosing the

As per the options which are found to be feasible for
organisations, it is identify that making a new strategy for the
financial position of an organisation is found to be helpful
according to the research. There are many researchers who
analyse that making of financial strategy is found to be the best
solution to achieve the original position and increase the profit

The best solution for the complex issue is to make a strategy for the
financial position of the organisation.
I choose this option because I identified that strategy is very
helpful to achieve any goals and objectives and my organisation
is good at the implementation of strategies.
During the development of a strategy, the organisation consider
all the important policies and procedure related to finance and
other important areas such as privacy, suppliers, health and
safety, etc.
I don't find any risk with the solution because of the effective
implementation of strategies.
Making of financial strategy is very helpful to increase the
revenue and profits of an organisation and also able to
forecasting the growth. It also ensures the reduction of operation
and manufacturing problems.
It requires an expert and their time to develop the best strategy.
