1ONLINE EDUCATION
Critical thinking has indeed become one of the most significant modes for the online
education process. The process of going through their critical thinking is difficult and
complicated (Teachthought.com. 2020). It will need the proper thinking on some subject and
evaluate it for the better understanding of everyone. Proper critique of the subject is also
influential for the critical thinking process. A person must acquire the problem solving skills so
they could reflect their creativity when making some important decisions regarding thei studies.
Nowadays most employees seeking for jobs do not possess such abilities of thinking about the
issues in a critical manner. The immense workload can be considered as a reason for this kind of
outcome (Cottrell, 2017). If the employees do not have the effective problem solving skills, they
will feel nervous in difficult conditions in the workplace.
However, it is not at all justified for employees to make such comments. At first, they
must possess the cognitive abilities and problem solving skills because they have to face such
difficult practical situations in their college also. The concerned person works as the supervisor
of his company’s customer service team (Teachthought.com. 2020). His company prepares
navigation systems for cars. He must possess the qualities of problem solving because he will
have to convince the customers about the positive points of their products. The agents have to
assist the callers to find the business addresses or other places (Cottrell, 2017). In this scenario,
the concerned Japanese male employee must possess innate depth about the technological
instruments and knowledge about locations where he is posted for the time being.
